100%, that’s the game now. I can say I cop so many “bricks”. Wizard 3’s one of my favorite pairs this year, just copped Chicago split dunks, red swoosh pandas, Adobe SB’s, thunder 4’s, all the Yeezys are under retail, copped and wear all those. Never sold a pair of sneakers in my life. Im proud of the type of sneaker head I am 😂

Im going to cop them regardless because I love 1s my absolute favorite all time. This color way is also really nice for me i can def add to my rotation. In my area though, Ive never seen 1s sit on shelves unless they are GS or Absolute garbage color way. Even then the mids are even out of stock. Ive been paying around $220-250 for my 1s so its become normal unfortunately. Sometimes we take Ls though. I paid $525 for my Hyper royals when they were like $650 on stock x and now theyre like $220. Same with my mochas I held out on getting them they were $700 at resell stores $600 on stock x now theyre like $300 and I finally got them 2 years later

@@rayrawket Yes but the banned 1 that came out in 80’s has same blocking with black wrapped around red. Same with unc accept its unc with black wrapped around it. Point being any Jordan fan that’s into sneakers should want this. It’s more about being a fan of Jordan to me as I was a teen watching him win all his rings

@@BGeeez23 but Jordan never wore the Bred toes and they never dropped in the 80s; it isn’t a true 1985 OG color. That color blocking did not exist before Shattered Backboards. It’s kinda crazy that even Court Purples were made before these. The Obsidians are the closest thing to a UNC Black Toe and even that can’t really count because the vamp, collar and eyestays are dark navy. This is the same reason 2014 Fragments were so important. They were the first time we’ve seen a Royal version of the Black Toe. Before that the only non red Black toe was the DMP Celtics and they were a Retro+ with a Jumpman on the back.

People are sleeping on the Washed Black AJ1 high. That leather and seude is fantastic, and imho is the best AJ1 high this year by far. The quality on the UNC AJ1 high isnt as good as you make out. The leather feels super plasticy

Its not going to stop me from enjoying my pairs of both but i know that the washed blacks quality is better in my opinion (ps doesnt make it right just what i think), think J2 quality versus non OG AJ1 low and you will understand what im saying

I think yall are all buggin.. These are beautiful! I think them being 'Bricks' is a reflection on the world and it's financial position across the board. Shoes are a luxury and resellers don't offer up anything but a hindrance. Buying sneakers isn't a necessity for damn near the majority of people, so why would people paying overs be any different? That being said, it's a 2 pair minimum for me.

This is a great shoe. I don’t agree with majority of what you’re saying I like your show it was excited to watch his video until you stated that this wasn’t that height of a shoe in I personally enjoy being able to pick up a pair and not have to fight hunt or get upset when I miss out Jordan brand is doing right by its customers to produce shoes.
