The fact that his first inclination was to buy an N64, and not to go wild spending money, set him up for success after winning the lottery. Coincidence and selection bias. You don't hear about the million others that had a dream and nothing came out of it. Also it didn't happen the same day nor the day after but months after. @@heywrandom8924 You are using rationality to explain something that cannot be explained rationally. I've had several dramatic precognitive experiences. For example, one time I heard a woman's voices one week before I met her in a foreign country I had never been to before. You cannot use rationality to explain everything. Had you had a similar experience you would understand this point. Precognition is a real thing. In my case I experienced what I would experience. Like a reflection of your own experience. The mistake we make as humans is thinking we understand what time is because we have a way for framing and explaining measured time. Think of conscious time as our perception of measured time. You can explain away Timothy's experience as coincidence, but that doesn't mean you are correct. You may not be. You may be. But you may not be. I've had these kinds of experiences and Timothy talks on his channel about having them. Not just this one but others too. Life ain't so simple.

@@savedfaves hi (:. Thanks for sharing your experience. I use a doubt first approach not to get lost in stuff because there is a lot of stuff one can get lost in with more or less bad consequences. In particular, gambling addictions can really mess with people's lives and I think it's important for those that want to see patterns everywhere to not get caught up in putting in money for every pattern they think might be the winning one. Other than that, taking a doubt first approach, I can also consider the possibility of mystical connections, as I have no definitive proof that such things are strictly impossible. Given many possibilities to explain a scenario, If I were to choose a mystical possibility, then I might be inclined to the same for every scenario as one can maybe always choose a mystical explanation. That wouldn't be very useful, it would stop truth seeking. So I prefer consider explanations that don't involve mysticism first. Another reason to put mysticism at the end of my possibilities list is that there isn't any scientific evidence for it which means it could just be in my head. For the lady that you mentioned, the sound of voices are not very precise in my head and people have similar voices so it's not that unlikely that I would hear someone that has a similar voice to a voice I heard in my head. I don't know if the voice for you was quite unique but, without being able to infer the exact voice you heard in you head and the lady you heard, it's hard to confirm what you experienced as being the exact same voice.
I love seeing so many comments that are happy for this guys prosperity, that's really cool :)

Real estate it is!
He sounds grounded. I am glad he won.
5:36 he handled that as well as anyone.
Yes for me money can buy happiness for sure I love 💕 money so much money is everything for me
Besides things they asked they should of asked did he walk out on his gas station job, not go in the next day… 😂 just wanna know. If I won the lottery the first person I would call is my mom.
Thats Murr from Impractical Jokers!! it all makes sense now..
1:51 he is cringing so hard hearing cheesecake factory guy talking like that
He's pretty jacked. I want to know what the luxury of never even thinking about medical debt must be like.
Asks: “What’s your address? 🤔”
It's wise to not come out to the public if you win the lottery. Now people will have monetary expectations from you they otherwise wouldn't have and it never ends well. Stay silent, invest, and spend wisely. Your life will be better as a result.

You don’t always have that option of anonymity

@@henrylivingstone2971 you literally do. LLC and or a trust
@henrylivingstone2971

@@glizzyap4912 You literally don’t. Even when using an LLC or a trust you have to reveal your name and address. It’s for transparency reasons. That’s what happened to Shane Missler of Florida, he used a trust but he still had to reveal his name. That also happened to the Florida couple Maureen Smith and David Kaltschmidt who won 1/3 of the 1.5 billion in 2016, they used a trust but they had to reveal their names. Or the winners in Tennessee known as the Tennessee twenty who used a trust but had to reveal their identity. An LLC or a trust does not ensure anonymity unless it’s a state that allows anonymity. There is only one case in which a lottery winner has used an LLC to claim lottery winnings and that was in California and that’s because she sued the lottery commission. Unless you can prove without a reasonable doubt that revealing your identity would put your life in immediate danger, there’s no chance that you can claim anonymity when claiming a lottery prize in a state that doesn’t allow anonymity. Also pushing litigation against the lottery commission does not guarantee anonymity since most states have a grace period in which you can claim your prize. If your lawsuit goes beyond that grace period, you don’t get the money and now you’re stuck with the legal fees of the lawsuit. Most states have a grace period of about half a year, if the lottery commission decides to prolong the proceedings due to clerical or technical issues then you have no recourse. An LLC is not a solve all solution, since the lottery commission is a government mandated entity, it will not bend to civil actions like anonymity for the sake of comfort. Don’t listen to everything you read.

@@henrylivingstone2971 everything you said is false. The people you refer to signed both the LLC and their name on the ticket meaning they had to list both entities. Here in Long Island NY a group of people that worked together used a LLC as a loophole. None of their names or any information relating to them was released. You know how? Anonymous Trust. Another way is an anonymous LLC but that’s limited to certain states. There are loopholes believe it or not. When’s the last time you’ve seen a lottery press hearing held?
$15.9 million (his after tax winnings) in 1999 would be $29.0 million in 2023
I wouldn't tell a soul I would invest conservatively I would give to orphans, and disabled children charities I would live a simple life, near a beach preferred

what mean conservatively ? around 5-6% year ?
Congrats to the guy for not going broke after 5 years because most lottery winners do. Most people think it's endless and or just not logical when it comes to spending it on too many frivolous things...
What did they invest the money in?
this makes me wanna buy a lottery ticket lol

One question people dont ask is how many times u played till u won! I think this needs to be asked to see how some are just extremely lucky and how some just play for months/ years and hit it. I'm glad this was asked here somehow, not direct, but he said he played for a few months before winning. Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉
How did I know that the woman who asked how sexy his credit score is, would want something from him? She's the type of person you need to avoid.

yeah it was obvious she was trying to flirt and true enough, she jokingly asked him to buy her a car at the end
Someone needs to teach that one girl how credit scores work

Well this guy is deffo smart af buying real estates and making other investments back then which would have substantially increased in value over time. I see lot of stories now about lottery winners spending it recklessly to the point where they’re broke/homeless.
“ I would go to Cheesecake Factory “ yea me too lmaoooo I want those cheesecakes.
2:43 i had a vivid dream of being in a new apartment and arguing with someone, it then happened for real, it was a new apartment with my dad. and i was like HOLY!!! SH!!! THIS WAS MY DREAM,DEJAVU. he aint lying. if you do have realistic dreams. be prepared. he aint lying
I'm a new millionaire...didn't win the lottery. But everything he said about how people change when they know you have money also applies to me. They don't see you, they only see your money.

a million gets you a small house nowadays, it's not too rare. I would say only the people who live in poverty would experience what you're saying haha.

@@ryan.1012 Be your own boss in whatever business possible ie real estate, internet, etc. You'll NEVER have 7 figures in your checking account working for somebody else. Other ways to become millionaire but will require side-stepping the law and maybe one's integrity!
The woman asking whether his credit score was sexy was painfully cringe.
