I Wish It Was Always This Good - Fishing Noosa

Ойын-сауық

In this video, I had another successful half-day session out on the river. After picking through some small species that were everywhere, I found the larger fish, such as trevally and jewfish. Enjoy the video!!

hey Harry, well done and keep up the great footage. I first went up in 2022-2023 camping at Noosa River Holiday Park (Munna Point) fishing 5-8 kg rod with heavy leader12lb, next trip 2023-2024 and fished 3-6kg rod with 10lb leader. On the next trip was thinking of fishing 2-4kg bream stick with 6lb leader. What are your thoughts, is this too light. Throwing double clutch and soft plastic's.

Hey mate thanks for the kind words, I use a 2-4kg rod and it's great, i use 10lb leader and still catch plenty of fish, but when the water clears up, a 6 or 8lb leader would probably get you more hits, but I'd stick to 8 or 10 just in case you hook into something a little bit bigger. Good luck when you next come up.

Awesome fish! I love fishing up at noosa. What micro jig are you throwing? I've been wanting to get one but don't know what to go with. Do you have any recommendations? cheers

Hey mate, thanks, I'm using a 7g majorcraft jigpara; the only downside is the hooks; any small jig around 7g will work; the major crafts are the only ones available near me.

Hey, in this video, I'm using a Daiwa TD Sol 2500 with a Daiwa TD Black Paddle Fish 742LXS and also a Daiwa TD Luvias 2500 with a Daiwa TD Zero 702LFS. I get along extremely well with both setups.
