Honestly the thing when I go through my dips is that I force myself to be a dickhead to everyone so that they stop worrying. It might be a mistake but it's the best way to deal with it for me because looking for attention is the LAST thing I'm trying to do. If I need a hand I'll reach out, but most of the time I hate when people go out of their way to try and help, it makes me feel weak in a way nothing else could (yes ik that's a bad thing).
