I thought you were the CEO or VP for eufy honestly as much as you know and as enthusiastic you are about their products. You need to hook me up with a set of these cause I would love to have them but they are too expensive for me. My job cut my hours Big Time.

What are my options if I have a 20ft section in the middle I do not want lights on?

You can turn off those lights in the app.

The design is different. The manual said it cannot be cut.

I’d really like to know this as well. Maybe Eufy just says you can’t so they aren’t responsible? It’s the only thing stopping me from getting these over the base Govees. Just hate to save $100 then regret it when splicing breaks the effects or something :(

@@Shaymon23 , you can "tuck" away the extra lights you don't like, and also "disable" them via the app. They aren't designed to be "cut", so even if it works, I wouldn't want to do it, it will void my warranty and also have electrical risks.
