The easiest way to make lot's of money is to buy a property with a garage. then get a police car and put it in the garage, then turn n the vigilante mission, exit the car, use the exploring car cheat. Then let the garage shut then go back in and the car will be fixed and repeated until you have millions.

If you are busy but want to have some easy money doing nothing in GTAVC, go to a bus pickup station in and around North Point Mall. That place is endless source of passengers, more than others. Just have a quick eye once in a while if the robber NPCs don't snatch away your vehicle.

The bus is like "hotel California"

Robbing the hardware is better for the early game money then vigilante missions after you get access to the hunter which is very easy after looking up where all the hidden packages are on youtube

​@@AceD500 I like to start out 3/VC/SA with a bunch of Taxi and Paramedic jobs. Unfortunately Vice City has an issue (that 3 and SA don't seem to have) where taxi jobs sometimes just don't spawn new fares for ages. It's weirdly inconsistent.
