Hi Sophie! Loved the video. I wear lots of mesh tops and usually I wear a bra that has thinner straps so that the eye focuses more on the top than the bra. Sports bras are tempting but to me they’re too bulky

Yes guurrrl! Weights are the key to slimming down. Cardio….no more than 20 minutes 3-4 days. A lot of cardio makes you hungry…but protein and resistance training is the way to go.

I love the Miu Miu glasses - I still wear the leopard framed Miu Miu pair that I copied from you a while ago :) Sophie, I would love it if you would show your workout routine. I've been thin all my life up till now and I am struggling with menopausal weight gain. Maybe lifting weights would help.

Vacation blues are totally real. I feel like that when coming back from vacation, esp from Florida beaches. I booked our trip, ( instead of a bag) and i feel like it gives me something to look forward 2.

Not a fan of the sports bra under the Fendi but I love both outfits. Just think it needs something different underneath either something full length or a bralette don’t like the cropped length:) also wonder what a nude color undershirt would look like with the suit

Fendi with the Wacoal (so) gorgeous, also I'm a part-time dance instructor, and I can say you and David seem to walk EVERYWHERE (which is why you don't really need cardio, you're already getting it!) Lift weights 3-5x a week and walk everyday and you SHOULD remain healthy and fit! DON'T say "Cardio does nothing" it does and it's VERY important for your State-side viewers as we don't walk enough! Actually, as I tell my students, the best exercise for your body is the one you'll do! But yes, lift weights and you'll get that glorious waist you feature in your bodysuit! Great job!

Hi Sophie, I really like the second outfit with the Fendi bodysuit (the total black one), it really suits you. When you tell us about your fitness routine I hope you'll also give ample space to the diet you're following, I can't get enough protein in and I lift weights 3/4 times a week and also have a pilates class once a week, so I would be very interested 😊

That sheer top is surprisingly versatile, if you have the right "shadow" underwear as you've shown here. I think you finding the sports bra a bit weird might be the straps. Try with a sports bra with wider straps or a generic crop top with thin straps to pinpoint exactly what's wrong with it.

The bra doesn’t work…

I avoid smartbuy glasses they are the only ones who managed to put completely the wrong lenses in and refused to do anything insisting they were the right ones. Imagine looking through glasses smeared in grease and that’s what I had. Awful company but they do have some lovely frames so it’s a shame

I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER buy prescription glasses online, so much goes into making sure they not only fit on your head but also the power tolerances that are legally allowed on the prescription itself to prevent things like prismatic effect. And if there is a discrepancy, you have no brick and mortar location to go to for aftercare, either the glasses end up in a drawer or thrown away, like fast fashion. Working in the optical industry and having worked a the best optical company in the world (Zeiss), I am watching in shock and horror Sophie, that you are one of those people who go cheap on glasses. Truly, shocked.
