I first heard this song as a young child and I will always remember the desire for God`s love that it stirred within me. I remember not completely understanding the meaning of the song but I felt God, which is what Christian songs are suppose to bring to you. I listen to it now after years of drawing closer to Him and not only does it take me back to my heart as a child but my spirit is so moved. By growing in Jesus I`ve experienced the words of this song and that is true worship.

This song makes me think of my desktop wallpaper. A Lion, with a lamb resting peacefully in his front paws. The Lion is watchful, guarding, protecting His little lamb. The lamb is comforted in His presence. Reminds me so much of How God, Jesus watch over us, keeping us, loving us letting us rest in Him, in His loving arms ever under His watchful, loving gaze.
