Even if it is smaller in Japan or it's just the elderly, i still think it's sad because deku is the only quirkless person i remember being shown in the anime Edit: i know there's other quirkless people, that's why I said i don't REMEMBER. This is amazing!! I'm really glad that you used the DSMP/Recent lore story or lines for this :DD it fits a lot considering it is a ShigaDeku Brothers AU and in the DSMP Tommy and Wilbur are pretty much brothers in heart.

Best I've seen so far, it actually has a story and explains things so you get more into it, in a way it also makes it more emotional as you know why it happened, the reason for it, you know? The music also makes a great difference. In my opinion It's Really good, as it doesn't just get into the point straight away, it had a backbone. Great job!

Then Wilbur Soot got pissed off and killed Dream several times in the prison.
