My life is complete mess. I don't know how to change myself. I made so many mistakes. I don't understand how can I be so stupid. I am affraid of life. At the age of 40 I am broke. I dont have a job, but debts. I'm struggling with alcoholism. So many times I got up, but this time I don't have any strenght. God please help me.

The first step is done , knowing the problem,as for your mistakes take a look around nobody is perfect and at least you have a conchince when a lot of people don't and this means you don't deserve to be in the hole you feel your in,I don't care how big your mistakes are you don't deserve to suffer, the past is done and the future is yours, with drinking no one will have sympathy for your struggle so why worry about your mistakes, the depth of the hole your in looks harder to crawl out of with a depressant on top like alcohol it will blind you to the possibilities,it's not your fault and it's time to let go, forgive yourself it's time to so get back up again and again there's still more,if you're alive there's still hope,GET UP AGAIN

Take your time start dressing the problems at hand do you have a problem with alcohol finding yourself AA meeting from there I’d say start doing things you normally wouldn’t do change every day everything that you got so comfortable and used to doing change and do things you never would ever consider doing maybe going for a walk maybe working out going to a gymmeeting strange talking to people as long as you are alive as long as you have breath in your life it’s never too late to change

Suffering is a choice, we don't have to suffer. We were taught when we were kids that it is hard to earn money, that is so wrong. It is not hard to earn money, this kind of talk is poor people talk who do not know about money. I choose not to suffer.

Now i have been watching motivation videos for some reason but i really gotta say these kind of motivational videos do not motivate me at all the only guy that motivates me and to some young people like me is {ANDREW TATE} and he is changing lives of people ALL I AM TRYING TO SAY IS THESE KINDS OF VIDEOS DOES NOT CLEARLY SAYS THE WORDS THAT WE NEED

motivation only lasts for few minutes maybe hours, you have to take action. action tells the universe that you are ready for more, just listening doesn't do anything, seriously, if you want to improve yourself you have to take good action, good action good results, bad action bad results, no action then no results. blessings.
