Most solid way of doubling your money is buying something cheap and selling for a higher price. That way if it all goes wrong you can at least sell your inventory and take back most of your initial investment. 2nd best method is investing in a product that's already selling to either increase the inventory/or production thus sales volume or to run more ads/marketing and increase the volume that way. This minimizes risk because you can do it in parts again minimizing losses if the deal doesn't work out. Third one is creating a product or service from scratch. Which is a lot riskier but can be a very lucrative. You could lose all your money but also it is possible to make multiple Xs 2-3-4-10 even 100x are common in the industry. But it could take some time... Anything riskier, you are better off buying a bunch of lottery tickets. 😌 Also 2 more things to consider are having a large target market, if many people are willing to be your customer growth and profit are easier to achieve. And scalability, if the method relies on one persons or one unique skill than that becomes the bottleneck, feats like doubling your money is usually achieved by mass produced or easy to train and repeat actions. As you would know an investor is always trying to balance ROI and risk... I laid the task at hand like this as a note to myself but I am sharing it here so that other people can use it to think about it, also comment concepts that I might have missed. Cheers

@@geagek4313 Learn from the people. Put your self out there somehow. I learned a ton from millionaires I know personally. But also through books, jobs, KZread, and anything really. If you want to learn how to climb Mount Everest, go with someone that has already done it and watch carefully how he does it. I myself have a lot to learn still as well. It's a constant path of learning. But mainly watch and learn from the people that are a few steps ahead of you.

Yes. Having worked as a rigger in the videogame industry for years, and starting my own company in January 2022 made me realize how important money is to produce more money. Money is a vehicle. At the point I am now, I would use the 10K to hire recruiters and headhunters to scale up my team of riggers with reliable and skilled workers, as I have learnt that finding valuable workers in specific areas such as rigging is difficult and time consuming. Forming a reliable and skilled team of riggers would mean that I could take on lots of new, challenging and better payed projects, meaning a boost in sales for my company. I could easily double that amount in a month with the right team beside me. Teamwork is best!

Well I would be investing that into 3d printers because in my country not much people knows about that. I'm already trying to gain money from blender but so far it's not going great because of the things i have to do and pay for the rent and food. It would be a great motivation to focus 3d universe.

i never get the focus on numbers and money. if you focus on doing something noble/good/valueable/worthy of your time/helps people, whatever, you can start thinking about how to maximize it's effect. the business gives off money as a side effect of providing or ruling over something worthwhile. how can you aim at money? it's just numbers on a bank's computer somewhere. idk maybe i think backwards to everyone else

Yes, one year is not a big time to double 10kk or more in a new business, but 10k is easy

Don't buy a laptop for 3d.. it gets heated due to compact size and have 40% less performance than PC GPU... See RTX 3080 Pc vs Rtx 3080 laptop performance and heat level

Easy in 6 months... (but I would trust my mediocre woodworking skills more than my 3d modeling skills to accomplish this if I have to be honest).

If I knew, I’d be a millionaire right now. Because if I knew, I’d be able to do exactly that repeatedly. basically if you want to know where to start: read a book. no joke. best you can do. or audable. Its a low price investment and you get alooot of value out of it. Also every step you take is a step forward, even if it’s small. I remember when i didn’t even understand blenders interface. And now look I am making tutorials. Just take your steps. but take the steps. one by one. tiny steps. can just be a google search you know. just make the step. every day. and I am sure you’ll be surprised how fast you suddenly move forward.

I would not have you “give me” 10K, I would instead invest in you as a partner and develop an app mixed with 3D to create an application that would then sell to race teams and or automotive companies (aftermarket) that would triple that 10K if not more. Thus making us both 20K+

@@DamianMathew agreed, Sure you can buy a new computer, software etc, but if you have several artists that you develop a relationship with then everyone makes money and together you can all work and get work and lean on each other as its getting harder and harder for 1 person to do everything now a days. Diversify the investment instead of dumping it all into 1 area.

Most likely i would invest half into myself and buy that big online course on 3d art on think tank. Then the other half i would just save it for later. Probably i could double it if i get alot better at 3d modeling and texturing.

saving is a good idea! money management is quickly overlooked (especially by myself 😂). If you can’t manage your money, I could give you 1mio and it probably will vanish, just like for lotto winners. It seems that money management is extremely important. So if 10k is the total, you maybe should not use the full extent of the 10k. Instead break down and manage it. Just like you say. I like that!

A guy once told me: even if he could, he would not do it (talking about some task). He said, if he got 100€ he would rather give someone 100€ to do the task, than using his time and taking the 100€. He rather earns nothing, but has time instead. I guess with this mindset you can really scale. If you push around big amounts of money, you don’t have to change much to suddenly go from 0€ to alot of € in your pocket. I think the main point also is, outsource to get you time but also use the time and outsource again. repeat repeat repeat and suddenly you got 100 people and you are pushing around 300k per month (earning nothing theoretically, untill you cash out even if it’s just a fraction of 10k per month)

@@DamianMathew the tricky thing is to find reliable people, who understand the task and deliver. Otherwise you'll end up spending double the time holding hands and paying people. Until you've found the right folks, it's pretty much spray and pray. So the big question remains: how to find the right people. Gary V would say on the internet, which is true and not helpful haha.
