3:11 I believe in one of the first episodes of DBZ Vegeta comes across a farmer with a shotgun and scans him and says his power level is level 5 or less. If that is what that guy was going for that is a long shot, but mad props and I got the reference Edit people are saying it is Raditz and not Vegeta. I don't remember it has been so long, but that totally makes sense and I believe them more than I do
