Today, we are ripping two of the new Target-exclusive Rookies & Stars football value packs. $15 for 40 cards, which is pretty close to the average per card of most of the other lower-end sets, but you get a nice haul of rookies in here, and not with crappy NFL combine photos either. The set contains some nice chrome inserts as well!
Brock Purdy is in this set, but there is another player similar to Purdy in that there aren't many rookie cards of him. Can you guess who?
