Ahaha to be honest, I wouldn't want to do this during Summer. The temperature of the water is so high that it would be uncomfortable during a hot day. I would say the best is actually during this time as it feels so good! I am fully recovered indeed. Have tried going for a swim and no infection afterwards which is a great sign! Hope you're keeping well!

There are cultures where people are more than used to do it but specially in the UK where people value their personal space a lot, it's definitely not as usual ☺️
