The stretching and exorcise for the back has helped me a lot. For the skateboards doing a 360 one day destroyed my back had to chill for like a cool 45 mins just stuck at the spot, hurt to try n stand up straight. But yeah stretching has done wonders, when I slack on it I feel the pain start to creep back tho.

You need to go to sapwi dirt jumps in thousands oaks. Its a drive but its so fun.

33:30 pinion mgu is like 4kg (9lbs) 9 speed + motor, so this is totally possible. Just needs a frame for the motor

higher rise bars on the 20 might not have you leaned over as far.... hope your back feels better soon so you can ride all the bikes! Dj's are fun too! deity highside in 80mm rise are still popular. lots of bmx guys seem to dig them on the dj.. don't let others comments persuade you from what feels good I'd like to see your local shop/s and maybe on a bike from them....

One word brotha, overuse. Overuse injuries is pretty much a part of life. There’s nothing we can over and over without sustaining an overuse injury. I’m in construction and I don’t really sustain immediate or acute, all of my aches are all chronic or sustained with accumulation over time.

Wrong, that’s how it is for everyone. There is a way to maintain the back just like everything else. But yes you can’t last forever. But 55 is a realistic limit. John is not at the limit.

Yo I'm 40 and still ride bmx dj dh Enduro that I actually jump more then anything trust me you can still send look into bike parks snowsummit is in California and I frequent there once a year lol kinda a curse ride all the disciplines trust me you can take the cracks just pad up super important you kids can ride without them u still trip out seeing people blast through bootleg with no pads snakeback reaper Armageddon to name a few suspension and pads look to your future

BMX doesnt stand for "a 6' 2" adult on a bicycle thats sized for a 4'2" 7 year old" my 26 inch DJ has a cockpit 4 inches shorter than my 20 inch. But you need to know what your doing to ride bmx. Mountain bikes have larger mistake making tolerances.
