Love that the Hard Off guy subbed, that is so respectful. Recently subbed to your channel myself and now on a binge watch of your content. Watching your videos whilst browsing Mecari for Junk consoles is a dangerous combination 😅Keep up the great work sir!

People don't seem to understand that places like Akihabara are tourist traps and prices are a rip off. Hell even Mandrake in Hokkaido is cheaper than Tokyo when it comes to gaming/anime related goods. Places just outside Tokyo like Kashiwa are far cheaper and have just as much.

Chiba is underrated for sure. Although, I gotta say, Surugaya in Shinjuku (the one in the OIOI Marui building) was not half bad when I was there last time. Huge selection and actually decent prices. Much cheaper than in Akihabara. I was surprised. This was right before the pandemic though.

Yes, but as I found out in August it's hotter than mercury and you need to understand how to get around on buses and subways. When you get to some of these places there is maybe 1 game you want. Also if your like me and condition is no1 priority you won't find much.

@@mma070181 you do if you don't sweat. I couldn't take my own shirt off. Besides when your wife is with you it's best to keep it short. We went to momotaru Kingdom, it took 90 mins to reach, a train and a bus. I bought 1 game on my list. I'd rather have bought it in Akiba on my doorstep but the wife would have been angry if I came back empty handed. If you an athlete, don't mind travelling and are penny pinching then hard off and book offs are for you.

i love how you put gameplays on every physical games you're showing, neat!
I never used to care about buying N64 games with boxes until I saw your channel. There are so many loose games for cheap without a box in Osaka. Now I have to start my collection over 😂😭😅

@katmanfoo9404

@4amLaundry yeah I wanna see the games and how they're played. It's just a little challenge. No big deal if you can't do it. I think it jokes around at the idea of buying stuff to have stuff instead of taking the time to truly appreciate the thing you have sitting on a shelf. I can relate as I have WAY too many ps1 and N64 games just sitting on a shelf. I'm slowly working on the back log but a lot of the rarer ones are still untouched. Either way, I'd love to watch the content.
