Dear Oni bhai and Kamal bhai, Please do understand that we fans were not pissed at the bands neither do we wish anything bad for you guys. The trolling did get out of hand and were mostly done by a specific group of people who were anti coke studio from the beginning. However I want to highlight a very concerning thing that I have not seen any respected musicians address. That was how Coke organizers manipulated the people on the days leading up to the concert. Firstly, they made the people buy coke bottles for the ticket code. Which was hailed as a big marketing win however it did cost a lot for many of the fans, who had to buy 6-7 coke bottles to get a functioning code. Secondly, once you got past the hurdle we got to know all tickets were sold out by the 2nd. WHICH was a big blatant lie. They were intentionally closing off the sites creating confusion. Error messages read “codes are wrong” “NID already registered” - heartbroken people then took to salvage the codes by seeing the world cup hoping when the site reopens they can get the pass. Guess what? Once you registered for the cup you couldn’t register for the concert pass any more. Thirdly the so called announcement that passes were out changed on the 4th day. All of sudden they had passes! Imagine how frustrated fans were coz half of them were forced to registered for the cup and others most likely threw away the codes. Lastly, there was a gross mismanagement of VIP passes giveaway on the backdoors - guess what? Sponsored by bands. Just aaj amar connections nai bole I had to see “influential” people get away with passes while we had to suffer in disbelief. Apparently music has division of class now? How is that rock n roll? This was an complete outrage and nothing but a capitalistic manipulation of COKE organizers to rip off the general public. What was worse to most of the people were that NONE of you did ANYTHING to stop this. I am a water rights activist. I know what Coke does. Seen them mess people up in Canada, Africa and in India. Never in my life I thought this leech of a company would do this in Bangladesh. Moreover through our esteemed bands. The coke concert was not for the general public. It was mostly for the influentials and the lucky few who were able to register in the first two days. People have the right to be angry. Yes the show went on, really thankful. However really hurt by how things got out of hand. Please don’t support agencies like Coke. We would rather see you speak through your music. There are several lawsuits against Coca Cola all over the world. They sell cheap adulterated products in Bangladesh. Please do stand up against these people. Sincerely, A concerned fan, water and human rights activist. Rock n Roll taught us to stand up against the man. Rebel. Voice our concerns. Please don’t lose that.

@@acdcgooner , Warfaze do not have any affiliation with Coke Studio. We were contracted for that one show. We fulfilled our obligations by sticking to the concert till the end. As far as the tickets and other issues, we have no idea because we were just performing for one concert. And I personally like drinking Coke Zero. I know what these bigger platforms are doing with music. I have nothing against music and musicians doing music. Musicians have been really affected in the Pandemic. So these bigger platforms have signed musicians and creating a complete modern audio, vdo ,live performing orchestra of musicians creating huge arrangements. They are becoming the pioneers in moving our musicians globally at per with Jpop, Kpop, Other Coke Studios in 2022. These are huge effort that will require corporate funding. I am confident that 1 Coke Studio or GB production is at least 10 million taka. I will be happy if musicians are financially benefited. Am I really fond of their output..Not really. They need to perfect their craft. Do I encourage such endeavour, I do. Because people love them. Will I ever work with them? Probably not because I can not do a lot of music these day. If Warfaze play in their concert? Yes, if we are paid and given the respect. I am neutral about these issues.

Oni, I have been playing Purnota solos every show I played since 2015. Few hundred times in these years. It's classic, thank you

@@abirdatta8395 noo. The lyrics is by Shams bhai. But the composition is by Oni Hasan. Basically, Purnota was his first and only instrumental before he gave it to Warfaze. You might see that he played the Purnota instrumental in live.

Man you didn’t say much but your eyes said everything. Goosebumps. I love the current Warfaze lineup too, but part of my youth died when "my Warfaze" broke up (i.e. the one I was introduced to when I was at high school/college - the Mizan-Oni lineup). I don't know if things will ever be good again between all the members of "my Warfaze" but I wish to see that lineup one more time in my life...
