Actually twins get special treatment once you ask for help. I’m in Manitoba too. They will ask you if you need any assistance, if you say yes, they will try very hard to assist. Plus they looooovvvveeee twins.

It’s possible, I’m in Manitoba too, not PR was a student and the community center near me is awesome, they will help my daughter with homework, will feed her and drop her off at home, they have been helping me and my husband to look for jobs, furniture, help me to file taxes for free and I schooled in Ontario and just moved to Winnipeg. So it’s possible.

A social worker must have been involved for home care . There are home care services that are covered under OHIP that a lot of people don’t know about.Just speaking up is all that really changes things

Twins are not very common maybe that is why thry give exceptional treatment. Well that's so encouraging. These are slme of the things people will leave Nigeria for. It's not always about jobs jobs jobs. The reason why their rent is low is maybe because they live in subsidized housing based on their income. If they have only one income say the hudband is the only one working, they look at his income and decide how much rent he will pay in that kind of housing.
