Whoa… one of my worst nightmares as a buyer. I’m one of those sillies who rip sealed products and this kind of stuff scares me from venturing into singles. Thanks for the learning experience.

Tell me about it, lol! I came out unscathed from the first issue but this one looks to be costing me a chunk of dough.

Sorry this happened to you, scammers are everywhere and terrible for the hobby. But, there are more who are good and honest, let’s not forget that. Hopefully the authorities will take action and thanks for the heads up.

@@SportsCardsLive like you said, you do your diligence and buy from trusted members. But things can change. This happened to me too. Guy just chose to become a bad guy after years of selling and buying on a page. Those are the ones you can’t see because they’re just starting to happen.

How did you send the funds? If it was done with a credit card, report it to your credit card company and file a chargeback.

@@SportsCardsLive I live in the states. We don't have anything called e-transfer here. That said, you knew before you made the payment to someone you didn't know that it was not secure?
