U can tell when ppl have never been through anything traumatizing. Sometimes u don’t fully remember all the details, u just remember the emotions u felt. Yes CERTAIN aspects will be burned into your memory but u won’t remember every detail. For example, during robberies there have been times multiple victims have given separate accounts of the same situation even though all were there. Major details lined up but specifics were different like the height of the perpetrator or which hand they held the weapon in. I have been robbed before and as time goes on details of the incident have started to fade but I’ll never forget how I felt in that moment.

Why does it matter *why* he started shooting? He shot her. The reason doesn’t matter. If there was an argument, that doesn’t give you an excuse to shoot somebody. If someone said something you don’t like, that doesn’t give you an excuse to shoot somebody. She doesn’t have to prove why she was shot. She just has to prove that she was shot by him. And she has more evidence that he did shoot her than he has that he didn’t shoot her.

A video or even audio record of the shooting), they'll have to convince a jury that he shot her with CIRCUMSTANTIAL evidence. Circumstantial evidence relies on essentially looking at the circumstances and context to provide for an extreme likelihood the act occurred. That's why motive is typically so important to prosecutors. If you're trying to convince a jury of what happened, happened, they understand ppl don't typically do things for no reason. You have to provide a motive to link the circumstances. For example, If we found out tory and Meg were arguing about whether Tory had the audacity to shoot her, right before she got shot, that'd be damming circumstantial evidence. Then you wouldn't say "why they were arguing doesn't matter." youd (rightly) conclude he had a motive. If meg and her friend were fighting over tory and then Meg gets shot, the jury is going to want to know why Tory wanted to shoot Megan. What was his motive? It seems like someone else would have a greater motive to do so. Soo, that piece of the puzzle will need to be filled in to help prove his guilt. All. the. pieces. matter.

This is the very first time since she came out and said who did it speaking on this in detail. Tory has been harassing her by putting out a whole album about her, sneaking shots against her on twitter, sending DJ Akademiks after her until she had no choice but to address it online, broke his restraining order that the courts placed on him, and he's technically still speaking about it, cause he put out new music about it despite what the judge told him. He BEEN speaking, he's been doing the most speaking outta both parties. Literally having a "if i did it then blah blah blah" literally walking around with a guilty conscious when this is the very first time since the shooting in 2020 and a few times in a handful of interviews that she said anything Any other time, she's not addressing it Also you have to realize, this isn't her pressing charges on Tory, its the DA who picked up this case

I thought she was about that life, why is she crying now?

First she said the shots came from behind her and she didn’t exactly see who it was. Then she said she lied to protect someone who allegedly shot her. She won’t allow him to speak on the situation only she can. He was tested for gun powder residue and they found it on her best friend not him. Now she saw him standing outside the car risking his whole career to say dance bi*#% and shoot at the ground. And you were so afraid that you didn’t move an inch… but still got shot. Her emotions aren’t consistent in this video. First she said she was shot in both feet. Then changed it to 1 foot. According to police it was glass that cut her foot. This is actually sad that this is happening to this man. I’m a woman and I stand with women. But this is wrong. Think about it… if he shot her he would’ve been charged.

she said she was shot in both feet - yet she was able to walk at the scene of the incident, only one foot was bleeding and somehow no bones and tendons were broken (despite being shot in both feet, and feet are basically all bones) - and she got back in the car with the person she said shot her - and when she went out a few weeks after the incident, only one foot was bandaged up

shes not the one pressing charges on Tory - its the state of california - she does not have a gag order on her, so she is allowed to say whatever she wants about the case and do interviews etc. for the court of public opinion - Tory is the one with the gag order and even now after this interview hes not allowed to mention her in anyway shape or form - as well as the case itself. It's generally unfair as she's allowed to spin the narrative while he cant say anything, but unfortunately thats the rules - trial starts in September and Tory has the opportunity to prove his innocence in court - the case and the details/evidence of the case and details in transcripts have been in his favour for a while now If anything, the more she speaks the more that can be used against her, especially when there are inconsistencies
