Not that I was into teen idols, but I actually liked this guy better than most because in his prime he came off less plastic and more a common person, as if he wasn't comfortable in the role- I felt that made him more credible and substantive. This song, though probably panned by the critics, was great disco when that was what we wanted to hear- thanks, Caleiva, for the memories.

he was the most gorgeous teen idol of the seventies! I adored him.. there was not a spare bit of wall left on my bedroom wall where his picture wasn't. for those of you too young to remember him, he was like this bright young energetic light and he mesmorised me from the minute i saw him. Up until recently i didin't know what had happened in his life, but he's still out there singing, you can also tell that he's a great guy and i wish him well in whatever he does. wish i could meet him oneday x

hey you guys i remember him growing up in the philippines early 80s listening on vinyl records. bread, doobie brothers, Deep purple,beatles, beegees, andy gibbs' REST YOUR LOVE ON ME was very popular there. then i discovered LED ZEPPELIN's fourth album and i was like who are these guys? back then as a 12 year old i thought there was something dark about the band

Was :02 from the Houston Livestock Show performance? Thats a Texas flag, for sure! I remember him doing performances at the Livestock Show when I was 12 or 13 and I was just heartbroken that I couldn't go. Tickets were sold out really quick!
