When I was very young, my aunt said something that has stayed with me since. The man is the head of the home, while the woman is the neck. The head can't move without the neck. It made a lot of sense to me and still does. One can't function without the other. I also know couples where the man is comfortable to let his wife 'lead'. Marriage isn't one size fits all. And for people talking about their lack of chemistry, the guy just looks shy to me, not cold or unfeeling. Also, remember that in most African cultures, PDA is taboo, some people have it so ingrained in them that they can't stop even when they're married. It doesn't mean they don't love their spouse. Forcing the significant other to appear kwa vlogs ama insta stories and clearly the significant other wants privacy and what not but utaona subscribers kwa comment section licking a** ni kama kurogwa sijui oh couple goals sijui nyef nyef. People are faking it out here kwanza kwa social media but in real life it's a different story altogether. The only kachallenge I see here and affects so many marriages is their glaring personality differences. That's why she was struggling with submission.Once they both understand deeply and accept the differences, they will move together stronger

Been married for 14yrs and my wife has not been so happy through out which I knew but ignored because she thought that her higher education level makes her the head but the moment she realised that I Am the head and my space is on only mine she is very happy. He pushed her hand away from his neck.He is sitting and leaning as far away from his wife as possible, even when she is holding him its not reciprocated, he is yawning so much as she talks, he has this kafeeling of trying to prove he is manly enough even thou she is the famous one he rules over her, he is cold even to the kids no time did he touch them but was lording over them, the kids socks are hanging,the house has plaid colors and old stuff. Eeeeeeeeeh this was not the most convincing of clips about marriages. To understand the real meaning of some words in the Bible you have to go to the original text coz as we all know there's no direct translation for some words....and some have several meanings. Submission- Greek word "hupotassõ", always signals obedience to God-given authority. Jesus submitted to the authority of God, Citizens submit to the authority of the government, employees submit to the authority of their manager.... Submission doesn't mean you are a slave to or lesser than...it's for the sake of order...each of us has a role to play and we all can't be leaders. In the home, men must lead, and women must comprehensively encourage and welcome this leadership. It is God- given authority...when a wife submits to her husband, she is submitting to God. Her husband also has to submit to God....there's a chain of command.
