The person who did this has an evil mind. If they watch this, they need to realise what theyve done and the impact on what the said and did. Foxie need to sort this out. We need passwords, optional or not. I need to go look at my account now. I dont feel safe on hrt anymore. Im not sure if i shoukd delete it or not. Even if im not a utuber anyone can access anybodys account. Get some rest, you need it. What if you make your mom or your best friend the club leader and leave the club? I have a couple things to say. Of course this is horrible and I am so sorry for you. This is very scary but foxie will give your gems, apples and gold back, just keep on bothering them about it. You don't have to change your name, just your numbers! I will never change my name, I have had it for years so I do relate about that. I love your idea of passwords!! This makes me want to stop playing. I was having trouble doing the dressage with a chromebook that hasn't got a touchscreen, and they just kept telling me to use a newer mobile. (like I have the money for that!) I can't get past level 18 now, but have lots of gold from the dailies selling 8 horses every time. It doesn't seem worth it anymore, and it's getting boring to play.

Oh my gosh!!! Foxie should actually be listening because I'm sure other people have told them that HRT needs passwords! not a hrt player but i can’t believe that ppl would use you for their own benefit 😤😤 but it’s not just the hackers issue it’s the issue with hrt’s login systems and security. my only advice is to change everything that would be tied to you and hide all of ur hrt information so you wouldn’t have a chance of being hacked again, also don’t make any videos that would show off special things on ur account like buying new magic horses or spending a ton of ur money and such. if that person who hacked you gifted themselves with all your gems, i wish foxie could add a gifting history to see the people that you gifted. that way you could report the person that hacked your account to gift their account. if ofc they gifted themselves. Im so sorry for u lilac :(

I know it's possible but how do people just get into people's accounts like that?! It's just unbelievable! I'm so sorry that happened by the way! My suspension is that it was like a fan that used to love your account but then started hating you so they decided to hack you. I'm adding onto this, I don't think Foxie really punished the person who hacked you. I think they just banned the for 1 week or a few days then let them play the game again. Foxie might not have even done anything and just let the person get away with it. I can't just accuse Foxie but it's just a suspicion.

That is one of the reasons, I quitt ! The secure Systems of FoxieVentures is the most worst, in the gaming Industrie! I faced Foxie with details , how they get hacked, but they ignored me! You don’t need to be a technical master , to cheat in and get gems, horses, cup‘s, materials , clothes, pets, Clubpoints. Everything is useable by a mouseclick! FoxieVentures destroy themself, step by step! I feel sorry for People, loosing Accounts. Loosing Gems! That is the most expensive Game , you can play and pay! Loosing that much Gems , without getting recovered by developer, is like robbing! It won’t help, but I send a huge hug! Keep your head up high!

'it’s just a game' it is a game but it’s also what your passionate about and the friendship thing - me too, I’ve been hacked several times and it’s just so insecure and it needs to be dealt with we need secure passwords in place and if Foxie was really being for real they would add your own username choice- that isn’t needed though PASSWORDS NEED TO BE ADDED 100%
