When foreigners think of Vietnamese dishes, Phở is usually the 1st dish that comes to mind. That being said, Phở has now received its own day of the year (12/12). This year, Tuổi Trẻ Newspaper invited me to be a special guest for the National Day of Phở event at Landmark 81.
