My mother used to say we pay for our sins on earth. Drinking too much will destroy your brian cells and liver. Smoking pot will also destroy your mind and lungs and even relationships. I want to share you one of my many sins. I never drunk, never smoke, never took drug, never watched pornography and never had a mobile phone (for our generation, it's very rare). But since my dreams were broken (professional wrestler), I'm addict to food (in a way, that help me to forget the life's burden). I know you'll say me to pray, but my tortuous past with religion prevent me to do it, it's too early for me, to get over this hurdle. It's never too late to give your heart and self to God. Don't try to beat yourself up so bad emotionally and morally trying to be this perfect person/Christian. It's just not humanly possible to be that way all the time. What matters is that you try. Try little by little each day to be the best version of you. Talk to God as you would a close friend or family member. All he wants is for us to spend some time with him and to depend on him. When you start to realize that; things will get better. Hang in there, man 🌟

Jackie you have some good points. This video reminds me of something my grandma always tells me, and that is "you be so heavenly bound that you are no earthly good" 🌟 I do think some Christians can be very Judgemental to others especially people who aren't as religious and that to me is not how we should act. I think the best way to lead people to God is to show them his grace through what he has done for us. I don't think going to bars is a sin, tho. Not everyone goes there for bad reasons. I go to a bar maybe twice a month to have food, a tea and watch sports. But spiritual leaders definitely shouldn't be holding Bible studies with drinking and cigars. That isn't certainly not the way, haha 😆

I once walked with such conviction. so many circumstances came and my heart started to grow hard and around me there was very few believers in my life that could WALK this WALK with me. eventually I started to feel stupid or weird and I so miss my heart for God and doing meaningful work for him. please pray for me to stop living in two places at once and to honour with all my heart Jesus and his way. please pray for me to get right with God. in secret and in the eyes of those who want to meet him. to stop living a life contrary to rebuke irony in the foolish way. but be the opposite of the world. in Jesus name

Thanks, I needed that, even though I was hungover when I watched this video this morning I still received the message. You should of heard me preaching last night and giving testimony all drunk. Lol

I used to be a very big hypocrite when it came to my faith. I would pray, read the Bible, and go to church regularly, but I was still sinning all the time and living for the ways of this world, and my relationship with God suffered because of that. I'm still trying to get things right on that front, but now I'm making good progress toward living a more godly lifestyle.

If you are willing Jackie please pray for me My sister in the Lord because I at times struggle with this. My family is still living in sin and I'm the only one truly trying to remove whatever sin necessary out of my life to Repent and please the Lord but deep down I still have my downfalls. I want to serve the Lord in whatever way I can but at times I can act like a Pharisee and I hate it but I want to repent and be fully healed from all sin. Our society is so messed up filled with lukewarm Christians many who go to Church and once they leave the Mass they act like everyone else. The Church of all faiths has become a club or a hobby for a lot of people. It's not a lifestyle. It's a lifestyle for me. I try to be the best and holiest person I can be all week not just for an hour on Sunday. God Bless you for your voice and conviction and dedication to the faith.

This is my third time listening to this. You are so right with everything and articulate it so well. I love your passion to do the right thing and live with high morals and values. I think know a Lucy. She goes to Church on Sunday and prays every day. She seems very sweet and kind. But I wonder if she's a narcissist or an avoidant who cannot have relationships with other people especially men and it led to her divorce. It's sad because I wanted to like her but she keeps pushing me away even though she looks at me with love and she likes when I touch her hands and arms when I say hello.

I love this topic. I'm not perfect because there are certain things that I struggle with, even in my walk with the Lord. But I believe thank God for his forgiveness and mercy. And I also love what you said about certain Pastors because the Pastor of a church misjudged me and banned me from the church because of an issue that he brought out in a group out of bitterness, pride and legalism. But I love the story in the book of John 8 where Jesus never condemned the woman who was caught in adultery. So I went to another church with a pastor who understood my situation, but welcomed me with open arms. And it shows that there are people who don't judge or shun me away and people who encourage me and to know that Jesus did not come into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him
