Poly relationships are valid. Tana was aware that Jake wasn't a very monogamous person, wasn't able to commit to the girls he dated. She's mentioned it multiple times. The only 'eh' was that she seemed to be wanting monogamy whilst he wasn't able to provide that for her. But never has she ever said it was exclusive- lots of videos of her talking about the openness.

Timothy Don’t you think it was more real to Tana then she wants to admit? Maybe it’s my own issues but I get pretending like you’re okay with being casual when you really want more. I was always like that with guys before I met my husband. At the very least she probably thought he wouldn’t fuck another girl while they pretended to be married.

Alcoholics and drug addicts have many days that they wake up in the AM hours. Upload hours and videos showing her waking up in AM hours means absolutely literally nothing. It's all too easy to display a facade. You dont know the ins and outs of her life. Suicidal individuals often put on a show before their great show. I sincerely hope this isnt the case with Tana. I hope she's doing well.

I think Tana’s realized she’s an adult. We all go through this in our early 20’s for the most part. The stage between going from a teen to an adult. By 25 years old I feel like that’s when a person really understands what being an adult means. Maybe this doesn’t make sense. This is just what I feel like is happening with her.

Also bc this comment is pinned, anyone struggling with insomnia like Tana. The thing that helped me most is something I learned from a doctor. When you lay in bed and stress because you can’t fall asleep THAT is what’s causing you to lose sleep. So how do you avoid that?? Realize that the reason you are laying down isn’t to fall asleep it’s to REST. Your body needs rest. So just think about the fact that you’re relaxing and resting for tomorrow and you’ll fall asleep easier. WORKS WONDERS for me. Hope this helps ❤️

Mod seems like he’s having such a good influence on Tana. Like he’s encouraging her to take care of herself and express herself in a healthy way. She’s not making herself to fit in she’s painting her life for her own happiness and that’s wonderful. She’s spending time with people who are making her reflect herself and who she is at her core again. Really refreshing content Tana! Mod doesn’t seem to care about her “platform and influence” he seems to care about her well being and happiness- same with Jordan Ashley and Imari. She needed a wake up call and I think something has clicked for her that this is what her audience wants. Her being herself and feeling happy and healthy in whatever that is for her. She’s in the process of healing and self discovery and I AM HERE FOR IT! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

This makes me so happy your entire face has change and the cheesy "you're glowing" is so true. You just look full of life and there are two very special people that are going through this right now and I just hope with everything in me that they can come to this conclusion. One of them is quite literally the love of my life and best friend, and I hope someday he will enjoy life and love himself again. If there is any advice at all you could give I would love you for it. No hate towards her but I don't think she actually has these issues. She acts outrageous and disrespectful for attention and fame and it gets her rich and famous. Now she has her own TV show when she is only famous because people give her attention because of the disrespectful things she does. She has caused her fans to pass out at Tana-con and I bet she didn't care, she's said the N word, exaggerated stories, and made fun of handicapped people. I don't understand people who support her actions and give her that attention.

@s kn You are not alone! Please don't give up 🙏 As hard as it is, just keep going, putting one foot in front of the other- even if they r baby steps, you're still moving forward! I've been there & made it to the other side. Life's definitely NOT perfect & I have plenty of bad days wanting to give up, but I refuse! I now know not to believe the lies I tell myself & I know my current situation won't last forever. We have a choice- today I'm going to choose to get out of bed. I'll get some fresh air (even if i just walk around my yard for 5 mins), I'll try to recognize my negative thinking so I can turn it around to positive, & I'll do one thing to help myself or others (ie., Search for resources to help those of us unemployed due to COVID-19). Tomorrow, I'll try to do a little more (10mins of fresh air, do 2 things to help, etc.). To anyone reading this....I believe in you & we can do this together! Please don't give up! Instead, do what u can to be kind to yourself today (& to others too of course!) Tana's video shows us how important it is to take care of ourselves, even if our mental health causes our minds to tell us otherwise. We're all in this together ❤️

If you're depressed, these tips may help you . 1) Stay healthy, stay away from bad habits, especially drinking alcohol which effects your dopamine levels in ways that aren't wanted. Keep the chemicals in your brain healthy, your body is your temple. Look after it. 2. Don't over sleep, only 8 hours or so of sleep is needed. Wake up early and start your day fresh. 3. Work out, our bodies more than ever often stay inside due to everything we have access to, our TVs, phones, so it's important to get physical activity in. It's what our bodies have evolved to do, move. 4. Don't distract yourself from the pain, to heal something completely you must pull the thorn out, and that's when it hurts the most. Sit with the pain, if you run away and act like it doesn't exist, you will only surpress it and delay it for later. That's why when everyone is forced to stay inside and not go out clubbing, all of their issues arise. 5. Socialise, humans have evolved to be social beings , we've spent our evolution in tribes, socialising. Make sure to call your friends every now and then and share your thoughts, it's not healthy to keep everything tucked inside. 6. We NEED darkness. Everyone wants to be in the light but not everyone wants to go through the lessons in order to reach the light, to find true happiness, many times you need to become lost in order to find your true self. Your body knows what it's doing, let it feel what needs to be felt and try your best not to let your mind disturb the healing process with negative thoughts. Meditation , writing, working out can help your mind relax in a healthy way. 7: most importantly , be yourself. (As long as your true self isn't some maniac killer lmao), stop limiting yourself and your souls cry for happiness just because you care too much about being 'cool'. Show the world your random, rememberable, hopeful personality. I'm an introvert but there's still a fine line between liking your own space, and restricting yourself from being outgoing n funny when you want to be. Be fearless, you are kings and queens, and the universe is yours. Live it, as you were born to do. Good luck everyone, a brighter future awaits you all.

I know your comment is meant for good but unfortunately you can’t say to your depression “oh hey we need to do this” like debilitating depression has no switch, the real thing you need to do is go see someone professional to talk to, and possibly get on medication. It’s not the same for everyone but for me I have really bad mental health problems and what you’ve listed will not help me :/

@@faithash5779 I've had very bad depression and anxiety, very suicidal. I speak from experience. I stopped taking pills since they were just a walking stick, they surpressed, Not healed, and the side effects were very damaging. I now professionally assist my brother in various modalities in healing, and have seen many who have been through hell, come out the other side smiling. Not just me, but others, family, friends, strangers. The thing with healing is, it takes time, and I know that sounds so typical but, I won't sugar coat anything. It may take a long time, and it will hurt like hell. And when you're in that head space, I KNOW it's almost impossible to Invision a future where you will be able to find happiness in things again, your brain may feel like it's just given up trying to collect any sources of joy from anything, gaming doesn't satisfy you anymore, going on walks feels like it doesn't change a thing, food doesn't excite you anymore. Depression is very serious, since it's up to you to dig yourself out of the whole and that responsibility is hard. Seek whatever you feel will help you, even if it is medication, therapy can help to get stuff off of your chest but always remember, these external sources of help are only apart of your tool collection. The hard thing about trying to heal is acctually trying to find the motivation to heal in the first place, eating is hard, waking up is hard, and you feel paralysed. Healing for many is a slow process, you won't heal over night and that's something we must all come to accept, people often panic when things don't work out and they feel like they're running out of options. Go to therapy, if you're in a real bad spot I'd encourage it, but don't forget that the power to heal is within you. Allow others to show you your light , as long as you know it's your own light that is going to save you. Regardless of what other methods you choose to take, the things I've listed are a must. Following those steps I listed may help some completely , whereas some of those steps for others may seem pointless. But I'm afraid there isn't going to be a super drug that cures everything in a split second, various methods are needed. A healthy diet, good sleep routine is essential, we can't function a car without the engine. Keep your engine healthy. Having an unhealthy mindstate is one thing, but if you don't have a healthy body in general, then healing your brain will be 10x harder. Lastly for this comment, I would love to go into detail but that wouldnt give it the credit it deserves trying to fit everything into these comment sections, but I'd reccomended looking up The Wim Hof method for healing. It's meditation, a certain type that is shown to elevate seratonin levels in the brain. I know what you're thinking, 'meditation, whatever be gone with that hippie doolali' , I was the same, but I'm telling you, it has saved my life. I would reccomend atleast just looking into it on KZread or wherever and the benefits it will bring mentally and physically.

I appreciate you and I appreciate that you took the time out to write this comment for help. However it's really difficult to maintain a routine. I have high functioning depression so my pastimes are extremely high, I spend most of my time distracting myself from it. It's not easy but to everyone reading this, it'll get better. Hang in there, you're not alone.
