Marrying a beautiful girl is not a solution. Ask God to give you a God fearing partner who can stand with you and keep the vows . For good and for worse you will stick together. Marry someone because of love that you have for her or for him.

Her sitting position as an interviewer is a NO. she should be more open as far as body language is concerned.

JG I like your interviews. Just a correction if you don't mind. When interviewing a person especially when digging for information restrain yourself from holding your hands to yourself. In therapy that kind of body language speaks a lot to the person that you are interviewing. Seemingly as bossy or enclosed to yourself. You want the person you are interviewing to feel comfortable and relaxed volunteering information to you because they feel your warmth and also welcomed.
