At one point of my musical journey, I would of been considered an Elitist. I just liked what I liked. But as I've gotten older I've realized there's alot of great music out there, and I want to find it! Thank You for bearing with me on the beginning stages of this channel. Feel free to request any song.

You really wanna see just how insane Zora’s vocals can get? Listen to “Deadly Diminuendo”. It’s one of the most haunting, breathtaking vocal performances I’ve EVER heard.

Hearing this song for the first time watching your reaction. I'm only vaguely familiar with Blackbriar but the more I hear from them, the more I appreciate them.

Ah Cicada is such a beautiful song and released on the perfect day, they released it on the summer solstice. I was eagerly awaiting the music video that day, I had not heard the song yet and it is magical. I can't wait for the rest of the album, it is going to be so beautiful. Anyways you can't get wrong with choosing the next song to react to because they're all so good, for very difficult vocals by Zora check out the Seance. It is a song about feeling ignored framed as a song about ghosts.

Great Reaction. Tried to copy Zora's description of the meaning of this song from Blackbriar 's community tab. Failed so here is a summary. In folklore it is said that when you hear bluebells ring it means your death is near. The fairys are gathering to herald your death. Here Zora character is asking her Muse to turn her into a cicada so that she can finish singing his song. When the Muses first gave the gift of song to men they were so enraptured by their voices thar they stopped eating and only sang until they died. The Muses turned these men into cicadas who can sing for days without sustenance. This is one of the things I love about Blackbriar. How their songs are steeped in culture, folklore, and storytelling. I always learn something new. Next Weakness and Lust.

Zora is brilliant in the subtle ways she uses her voice. It's so Uniquely captivating. There is a video short an isolated vocal clip Zora is measured at Six notes in half a second. From the Seance.

In 10000 years, if something intelligent still lives on planet Earth and if Internet survived, it will be amazing for those creatures to see how genious has been Blackbriar in music history and thanks to your video, they will even be able to see how it touched us. Because, every Thorn (ie Blackbriar's fans) can recognize on your face the emotions they have to deal with when each new Blackbriar's song is dropped! big big 👍! 🙏 PS: after watching this one, I subscribed 😅

I'm just beginning to experience this group and I will certainly be in for the journey. I love Zora's voice, and it's perfect for this kind of music. And, I wouldn't be me if I didn't say "Ohhhhh, horses." Friesians, I believe.

I really like the interesting timbre of Zora's voice and the bi-like for the revival of the already "unfashionable" genre of gothic metal, but ... so far I can't classify this band as one of those bands that I really can like and were able to impress, because: firstly, they are not very catchy songs (I tried to listen to this group to the maximum, because they interested me, but I was able to add only one song to my playlist and two more were remembered with a stretch, but not directly “wow”), and secondly, live an interesting spectacle they don't represent themselves. I liked their acoustic session, but it's not the same as a full live concert. Apparently in contrast to some of the other bands that are really good live and put on a good show, it's hard for me to rate BBriar live. But I will definitely follow BBriar work, because I like Zora's voice and the general atmosphere and style of their music, I hope they will make more interesting hits and become better on the live stage.
