    At that point the officer is committing criminal harassment and opens himself too personal liability. If the man loses his job, he is due to be made right at the expense of the officer, the department and the municipality. Anything less than 10 times his current wage with a 25% annual increase is too little.

    @Lando R I don't believe they should allowed to no. Too many variables could be going on that could bias the officers opinion. And in this case there was no proof of speeding just the officers word. As much as you wanna believe all officers are good it's just not likely so causing a possibly good family man to lose his job over ego shouldn't even be a possibility. Truckers have the how's my driving sticker on the back, a company I used to work for didn't use tickets like that against you. They would look into it themselves first depending on the type of ticket... speeding, inspections other than government ect.

  • @reymets10

    @Lando R No, they cannot. This is why some companies will run a driver report every year to see what, if any, citations are on their driving record. Many, also have a rule that any citation issued must be reported to your supervisor within x number of days. A single cop cannot go to your company to tell on you. That does leave the door open for civil litigation.

    @marshallmcdonald7309

    Nope. If you're driving a work vehicle owned by the company, CDL or not, you must notify your company of any citation or warning issued to you. The officer is well within his rights to notify the company of the stop & issuance. The company must then sign the report/ warning/ citation & return it to the state of issuance. However, if the guy is driving his personal vehicle, then that is completely different. As for identifying himself after the stop, Indiana does have a law that says you must identify yourself if the officer believes in good faith that you've committed an infraction or ordinance violation.

Employers are not concerned with your pretense to challenging a corrupt system. Don't be stupid while using a company vehicle. Yeah, they seem to have a burr up their butt. What should of happened with that backup officer, female or otherwise, is for them to tell the first officer to stop being such a beta male baby, grow up, and lose the ego. But then we are talking about the blue belly clowns.

    When cops lose these and when they are terminated as police, that should include a permanent revoking of their post credentials, without the possibility to go through training again. They should be done forever being involved in law enforcement.

    Do not! roll down both windows, ever! The cops will claim they smell something coming out of the window due to the draft going through the car. And only roll down one window only partially at a time. Say only what needs to be said and then SHUT UP, THEN SHUT UP SOME MORE.

    They will do anything they can to street punish you knowing even if you beat the ticket you still have to sit there as long as they want making you late for work while they write it. Then you have take a day off work to fight it & even if they drop it you still have to pay court fees. Its their version of a temper tantrum. Thanks for the video & especially the education
