Hi Rebecca, I love all your videos they are calm and motivating, Can you please make a video about the productive morning routine for a senior high schooler, im a senior in high school and idk how to manage school, studies and working out (im trying to lose weight that I gained during the exam week) and all I can't find the "right time" for a workout while studying for an exam, I suck at managing everything 😂 Btw love you ❤️❤️

What kind of shoes are you wearing???
I've been doing this for two weeks and feeling fitter already lost two pounds so least weight loss is starting although slow .I do feel mentally happier and sleeping betterwhich had been an issue prior to walking .
It also helps you sleep better.
