hi! singaporean here !! 2:54 - roti prata is an indian flatbread dish! pretty common in southeast asia, usually u dip it in a curry, some people (usually kids) eat it with sugar too. 4:57 - on the 4 official languages: english and mandarin chinese are correct, the other two are Malay ('malaysian' isn't a language - rather it's bahasa melayu, 'malay language') and Tamil (if i'm not wrong there is no 'indian' language, there are many languages being spoken in India and Tamil is one of them). most (younger) people in singapore speak english as our first language because that's the main language that is being taught in schools now and spoken in the workplace, but we also take our mother tongue language as a subject up till like high school and many people speak their mother tongue at home too :) 6:03 - that's actually a longan fruit! it is pretty common in singapore and other SEA countries as well glad yall enjoyed ur stay, can't wait to see the next vlog!

2:55 roti/prata is actually like Indian bread, it's an Indian food made with flour which is mixed with water to form a dough. In India we eat it with vegetables/sabzi which is a dish made of different vegetables, water, oils and the most important masalas. I'm not surprised to see this in Singapore since there's so many Indians there that Tamil which is one of India's many languages is one of Singapore's official language. I hope that helped you guys to understand and btw I love you videos, they're so entertaining love you guys ❤

The fruit isn’t lychee it’s actually called longan or also known as dragons eye. its a tropical tree species that produces edible fruit. It is one of the better-known tropical members of the soapberry family Sapindaceae, to which the lychee and rambutan also belong.
