    "the importance of leveraging safely" The issue here, is that's totally up the the market. If the market rose, then you invested safely! If the market fell, then you didn't!

    Higher for longer IR is a big valuation problem Aust property will face as most are betting on return to extreme low levels to normalise payments . Also I believe this will bring about the great downsize as many rush to cash in on top end pricing to crystallise gains .
