I love Meidas Touch but I COMPLETELY agree with terri6854. The clickbait titles are so bad that I actually unsubscribed and although I still watch them, I am now REALLY choosy about which of their videos I click on, just because I don't my time wasted. They are discussing the probabilities based upon the evidence and most recent testimony. If you watch MSNBC you'll get to see a panel of seasoned trial lawyers explain the process, the law, the evidence, and discuss the probabilities. And it is certain the prosecution is discussing the probabilities, which they do at every step of the process. No one knows what the jury will decide until that is made public. That does not educate the public as to the evidence, witnesses, process, and law -- which is RELEVANT.

It would be nice if these shows actually read the transcripts before they commented on the trial. There’s like seven people on the stage and probably 10 times that behind the camera and not one fool is even reading the transcripts to make these comments believable. Between Cooper and Tapper I’ve lost a lot of respect with their reporting of this trial. Watch MeidasTouch Legal AF if you want to understand what happens day-to-day.
I'm sure he's correct that Trump would have never been charged with this in the 90s. I remember the good 'ole boy system that existed back then. Anyone with power or influence would have have gotten such people out of charges pretty easily. It seems like that lawyer wishes it were more like then because he seems to think certain people should be above the law.
America has never seen a total embarrassment like Trump before. Trump as a politician is the WORST event to happen to America since slavery.

At 5:15 , Author Aidala reminds me of the typical MOB lawyer. I noticed that he always talks over and bullies Jeffrey Tubin on every panel. He complained like an 8th grader when Tubin said Trump and Costello were acting like the mob stating: "Costello is Irish" as if he never heard of the Irish Mafia. Trump voters became what they started out opposing, and are even worse. That's what happens to extreme movements. Might start out with some reasonable complaints/issues. It starts to get out of hand, losing sight of the original intent. Then the internal purity tests escalate into a circular firing squad, then the whole thing collapses. We then ricochet back to the Left, because now they sound reasonable, and then the process starts all over again. We'll soon return to arguing about dudes taking a dump in the female bathroom at the airport, and made-up pronoun enforcers who try to get your fired from your job because they got butthurt about something you said on Facebook.
