It brings back memories of our family. 1 girl then 1 boy, fishing everytime we got near water. God bless you guts we pray for you each every day!!
God job Cole, always enjoy the videos. Hope the family is doing well, keep them coming. Your friend in Christ, Wallace.
I love watching you content, and your lil family is awesome. Love watching you and Jay and Cypress, can’t wait to see the new lil one on the channel. Pan fishing is awesome, and there’s nothing better than a big ol mess of fried fish to enjoy.
I’m here in Arkansas and was tearing up the bream last weekend.after 40 minutes I was done.love ultralight gear for catching panfish and crappie.🇺🇸🤘.

Love the red ear bream they fight like no other fish
Thank you for filming yourself catching all those panfish. I'm disabled and I miss hitting the panfish beds. I hope to get back on the water soon. Until then, I'll be watching you pull in those beautiful slabs!
“Massive swirlage,” hahaha Thermacell Cole. 👍🐝
So glad you had a blessed day out catching the awesome fishes. Hope you wasn’t to far away from home just in case Jay needed you. Enjoy watching the wonderful video.
What a great day fishing! Love to be there supper time! 😉😉 fantastic catch. I'd love to find some of these close by. 😊😊😊 God lift Jay up and help her. God bless all here.
Them are huge hybrid and red ear dang.! Nice to see!! great video!!!!
Brings back good memories of back in the day I loved to go to certain areas on several different lakes. I could enjoy an evening fishing and catch a mess of Bluegill. When I wanted catfish, I knew a couple places where it was fun to catch. My shortcomings was with cleaning. Watching you making slabs I can see that there was better way to clean than the way that I did. Prayers sent for Jay's and your future addition to your family good health 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Amen!!!
I like that you catch different species of fish on your videos It keeps things interesting
My favorite fishing panfish. Then frying them up. Can’t beat it
Thank you for sharing. That is very nice mess of redears. Some really nice fish. God bless you and your family...🙏❤🙏❤🙏😊🙂😀

Hi Cole. Great video. So much fun. Nice fish and plenty of them. Still to chilly here in Ohio. God bless and love yall ❤❤
Always great fun to watch you catching fish. And, there is a difference between fishing and catching. What a blast. Pretty soon, it will be time to hang some limb lines. What is your favorite bait for your limb lines? And we can't forget the jug lines and pool noodles. Looking forward to it. Many Blessings to you and your growing family.
Whew going today ,got my fever stirred up. Hot diggity!!!!😊
Great fishing video I see you will keep that jig as a secret not too many people ask you about it in your next video would you tell what it is your fishing set up for today
Now I have to go crappie fishing and see if they're up in the bushes yet. Thank you for the motivation 👍
Tip for the knats, Banana boat sunscreen. Its a blue and yellow spray bottle at walmart! They HATE it! Good Video Brother!
Always fun to watch! I need to get a line wet soon!
Good Luck fishing 🎣 Cole How is Jay Jay doing I want to let you know that I prayed 🙏for you for her Pregnancy 🫄. May god bless you & your family.
THOSE ARE SOME NICE RED EARS
Nice job.
Good video. Went to land Between the lakes and caught 2.8lb red ear
Great fishing ❤️
I would love to spend a day catching fish that size on ultralight tackle ! 👍👍 I'm sure they'll make a great tasting meal ! 😋
very good fishing friend
Just like Mr.Watts said I also appreciate you eating what you catch. It’s the way it’s supposed to be! Clean em eat ‘em enjoy!! Watch out for the bones!!
Any time you catch about 50 fish in an afternoon, it's a good day.
Couldn't have gone any better. What a bunch of quality redears and hybrids. Gonna make some great fish tacos. Sorry you didn't get your 1lber though. Thar would have been a great way to end. I had a day very similar to this a couple months ago, before the rivers got flooded from all the rain and snow melt. 3 5 hours, I wound up catching 46. 7 of those were over a lb. The biggest one scaled at 1.8lbs. Took all 7 home for a fish fry. Really love your videos where things just go right, but I also love your videos where the fishing isn't so great, but you keep trying, because we have all had similar days. Thanks for keeping it fun and real. Great down to earth quality.

Great videos 👍
Redear Smack Down 💥🔥💥🔥💥🔥
Good job brother
I'd love to get down that way and catch some of those slab sunfish. I've never caught red ear before, only bluegill.
Fantastic video Cole! Question though………… has Jay ever tried the Slab Sammie with fried bluegill?…… and have you ever tried the poor man’s lobster with the red ear!…… sounds like something to try.……Jay, we love ya, sweetie!!

Oh thank you….after yesterdays video I was afraid I was on the outs….but I think my comments steered us into the clear as to what is important and not! Jay, you and baby Princess are the focus of us all. And I’m sure all who read this will agree with me!…………We love ya’ll!!
Are they nesting? Caught them as fast as the jig hit the water. Fun fishing for sure!😊
Good eating!
Good video I love bream fishing just don't have a place to go any more. Luck to you
kayaks and panfish go hand in hand!
Fry'em hard and eat'em fast!
Question: You said that some of the Red Ears were kind of beaten up. How (most likely) does that happen? Love your videos. God bless you all.
Love the video, always. Can we see the Cork go down , sometimes.😊

Next time there are two of us in the boat we’ll try to video it! It’s hard when it’s just me. Haha
Love to go bluegill fishing with you
Your secret jig is all me and the wife use😉.
I love fly fishing for blue gills or redear my favorite lure is a stone fly its nothing but sponge rubber and rubber bands or a small beetle spin grub in crawfish color with no spinner liked your video
Man what a great video the fish practically jumping in your boat I am from the Midwest Lake Michigan Chicago Nw Indiana miss the blue gill lake Pearce walleye fishing love bass fishing there also live in Arizona and wouldn’t know where to begin fishing out here where are your videos taken from??? Thanks for sharing $$$$&man
Makes me hungry
I wanna go to lake Havasu AZ and redear fish they say 3 pounders are common and the igfa worl record was caught there and weighs 6 pounds love these videos thanks for the content
That's a neat vessel , tell more .
Nice fishing we call red ears , shell crackers in the south
My favorite lure for bream is a small crayfish beetle spin wit out the spinner only 1 inches or smaller
You should try skin on fillets of red ear then fry.
Back home, that means a good fish fry!
Use lemons cut in half put in cloves alot . Against mosquitos + bugs
Question? How do you you use your kayak to fish. And how do you set up your kayak to film and to fish. I'm just wondering for myself

I just hop in it and go! I wear my GoPro chest mount and use a panfish pro camera mount from yak attack for my second camera. This kayak has rail mounts all over it so I just move that camera around.
Redear sunfish are so fun to catch down here in Florida they get really big! Awesome video. What lake is this? I love lochloosa in Alachua County in Hawthorn Florida
Wow you slayed them,do you have a link to the lure you used?
Now that's a mess of fish!
Fun fact. In Louisiana, we call the red ears chinquapin like the bush with the same name.

I love watching you guys fish, but why y'all don't drop a location where y'all catching them at?
We love to watch your videos. Why don't yall share where you are fish at? At least what lakes you are fishing in. It would be great to know for all of us that subscribe to your channel. Thanks. Good luck. Keep up the good work.

@COLE_and_JAY I completely understand. It is a shame that a few bad apples had to ruin it for everyone. My wife and I are disabled and like you, we love to fish.We are not wanting the exact location, however ,a general Vicinity would be great. We want you to know that we completely understand. May God bless you and keep those fish bitting.
Big o ones
Good haircut gettin kinda shaggy lol
My go to bug stuff is Avon skin so soft , they can't handle the smell
Best eaten bluegil
Like to see bank fishing with dew worms
Buggins original for the gnats.
💯💯💯❤️
My cooler would be full already. I didn’t see anything I would have tossed back
Cole, what type of jig do you use to catch redear
Where do u get your bream jigs from?? I’d love to try some out
Use skin so soft in bath it helps for Skeeters and bugs
Try skin so soft for repellant it's the best
Hi Cole, what reel brand and size are you using for these red-ears?
@COLE_and_JAY
Жыл бұрын
In this video I am using a 2016 shimano Stradic 2500. But I have also been using the daiwa regal 1000 a lot this spring. It’s a nice and more affordable option! More of a normal bream sized reel!
Cole I have a question about deep frying catfish. I bought a deep fryer. I have not ever used one. What temp and how long do you use? I coated them with buttermilk, corn meal s&p. Paprika and red pepper flakes. I did 375* for three minutes per side. Turned out super crunchy and dark. Help!!!!!!! Love and Respect.
Looks like they are fishing at Caddo Lake, Texas.

@COLE_and_JAY I'm very familiar with fishing all across the state. Best spot for redear that I have seen is a large pond down in the Pine Bluff area. There's literally a place on this pond that you can see bream beds for about 40 yards. There's 10's of thousands of bream in this pond. It's fed by bayou Bartholomew and it's open to the public. The only issue is the vegetation you have to cross to get to the open area in a boat, or canoe. I have seen people get through in a kayak several times. Bank fishing there is hard because of the vegetation. It's very limited on bank fishing, so the fish just migrate to the area of the pond that people aren't fishing. We always go out and catch a ton of them. Catfishing, my favorite place is on the Arkansas River, between little rock and Redfield. My favorite bass fishing spots are out at dam site 5 and shepherds island. I have caught a ton of crappie at trulock over the years also. I just grew up traveling all over the state and have always had a fishing pole with me.
What is the jig you are using?
