Binx's clip @ 10:40, I think they did have Cerebro but Lady Deathstrike already deleted it. The full clip from that highlight is hilarious. He played Deathstrike out, Grandmastered it from left to middle and the highlight picks up the finale.

He was winning that location. It is how the devs had planned to resolve the total power during end of game. LT only comes in after all power calculations have been considered.
So sad that we cant do something like the first clip anymore

I mean you still can, just not with specifically with Nocturne. You'd need some sort of cost reduction or an extra energy source. (Ex. Sera/Psylocke+Legion+S.Witch)
I had one of those yesterday, only win comes from playing Surfer Grandmaster and hitting Surfer to move him mid to the waiting Wong on the final turn , the right location already contained Chavez and Forge . It worked 😁

Nocturne would have moved and changed the location before Legion copied Rickety Bridge.

It does because nocturne would’ve moved first so legion would’ve changed the location into whatever nocturne would’ve changed it to, not rickety bridge

How did he win at 8:14? the opponent was winning left with tribunal, is it a bug?

The location calculate their power and effect from left to right, he win Baxter with Prof X and Jeff first, give +4 for other locations, and Tribunal effect trigger last, the point and who wins is calculated again, but the effect didn't trigger again. It works like that to prevent infinitive loop like if you have 2 Nexus, they just gonna buff each other indefinitely.
