    I just needed to tell you that I have been sick and not feeling well for months (I think it's my thyroid). I don't have health insurance, and I wanted to make a change for my health. It's been so difficult, I couldn't stop eating/drinking the things that were hurting me. I came across your channel looking for recipes. You make tasty recipes that are simple to make, not a lot of ingredients, and healthy. Plus, you explain the why and science behind it. It was an easier switch than I thought. Today I'm at day 9 and I have lost 8lbs... with Thanksgiving coming up, I just wanted to tell you that I'm thankful for your channel. Keep doing what you're doing. Thank you!

    Choczero is another really great brand for zero sugar chocolate and they have so many zero sugar products sweetened with monk fruit and they taste amazing. They also don't use erythritol like Lilly's does if you are sensitive to sugar alcohols like I am. It can be hard to find something truly just sweetened with stevia or monk fruit. Choczero truly does only use monk fruit.

    Goodness! I made a version today with Autumn’s unflavored protein powder, one egg, a scant teaspoon of cashew milk, salt, and a pinch of vanilla bean powder. I fried the mix in a small non-stick pan. I slightly overcooked it on my first try, but it has a biscuit-like texture. Amazing. This will allow me to make a caramelized onion and cheese “tart”😊

    What a cute little waffle 🧇 cooker. That is on my must try list. I also like extra protein, and use half a lime in a little Greek yogurt on top my eggs and cheese. I know this is off topic, but do you have a video solely on how you make the keto coffee? I’m not a coffee drinker, but considering purchasing Purity and seeing if one cup in the morning will also give me the benefit of some chronic pain relief. Caffeine in Exedrin helps, and I’ve read about anti-inflammatory properties of caffeine. I can’t take OTC daily, but why not get antioxidants and caffeine, too.

    I am very eager to try both flavors of your protein powder but I'm a little bit concerned about the listed monk fruit ingredient. Up until recently, I was using Lakanto brand monk fruit sweetener in my coffee but had to stop when it became clear that I could not tolerate the erythritol mixed with the monk fruit extract in the final product. Is the monk fruit sweetener in your protein powder combined with erythritol -- or any other additive? Thanks, Autumn. Your videos are so informative!

Grill them up and freeze them for a month. 🔥 Also just imagining the whipped cream but mixing in like a shot or half a shot worth of maple syrup. Worth the sugar to me imho

    These look delicious, will try them out on the upcoming weekend. I do have a question though, I been wondering, if I do IF (16 hours) every day, is it detrimental if I can't eat more than around 60g of protein during my eating window? Breaking my fast with protein, veggies and high quality fat I am not hungry until we have dinner.. I heard you should aim for 120g of protein a day, so I would need to eat double of the protein I can consuming now. I don't know how though with a 16 hour fast, I'd have to drop the fasting and eat 3 spaced out meals again to achieve that.

    My husband has similar difficulties with that--we figured out if he has a smoothie for his "lunch" with just protein powder and not a lot of added fat, he can up his protein easier. Also, if you're a fan of meat, there's a LOT of protein per oz for meats like pork chops, steak, chicken breast, etc., and we found he can get WAY more protein without feeling overstuffed by just eating more meat in his meals. The other thing I would look at is calculating how much protein you actually need. Autumn has a short video on how to actually calculate it out (it depends on your goals, activity level, weight, etc.)-- kzread.info/dash/bejne/iId30rGufN26ncY.html I hope that helps!

    FYI, daily 16/8 is time restricted feeding rather than intermittent fasting. People use the terms interchangeably, but intermittent fasting relies on changing things up.

  • @bianka4001

    @bianka4001

    @@username00009 Ok so if I don't strictly do 16 hours every day, then it is IF? Cause I don't, every day is a bit different. I don't go after the clock, I usually eat once I get genuinly hungry. That can be before, around or after 16 hours have passed. Yesterday I had 24 hours cause I wasn't hungry and felt kinda off. Probably the heat, but in any case even if I eat at say 10am instead of 12pm, I still struggle with getting enough protein in. It takes around 6+ hours after my first meal until I get genuinly hungry again. So I'll try with a protein smoothie in between meals, see how that goes.
