Ingredients:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml mineral water
- 6 toasts
- 100 g soft mozzarella
- 100g cheddar cheese
- Green onion
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 356°F
