Kewpie is the bomb. Do you like artichokes? make an artichoke and dip the yummy leaves in a sauce of kewpie, fresh lemon juice and black pepper. YUM! Also, that look on your face while you were filling the pot with water make me gut laugh out loud.

YES! The Kewpie + 🍋+ pepper + artichoke combo would be 🔥🔥. I usually go Duke's, but Kewpie is delicious too.

Fun fact, I know the people who make Wickles. They have tons of kinds, their spicy okra is insanely good.

i just left work, that happens to be a grocery store, across the street from my apartment. Bought a box, I love truff sauce, so i added it, even though I love "as is" boxed mac n cheese. This is awesome. I adore how Aly and you have such different palettes

Sean, tell Alli to drink a glass of milk if it's too spicy. Trust me, I'm a professional curry eater. Back in London, when I was sharing a house with other people (I hated it), I'd go to the store and get 4 boxes of the Kraft mac n cheese. There was a brand of sauce in the UK called Prego and they did this spaghetti sauce with whole peppercorns in it. It had some bite. I'd do the mac and then drop in a jar of this sauce and still it up. Then I'd walk up to my room (where I had a mini fridge and a microwave) and plate up a bowl and put the rest in the fridge. That would last me 4 evenings of dinner. Being an introvert, I didn't want to hang out with the other people. I just kept myself to myself. I'd only use the kitchen if I did the mac.

Yummy simple pasta that's tasty

I love how you always say stuff and don’t realize how it sounds. Aly saying “my mouth hurts from the pickle” has me D E A D dude.

Speaking of Truff, I went to Popeye's and got a side of Spicy Truffle mayo with some Mac n Cheese. Wow, a marked improvement. There was some mayo leftover so I took your advice and made a couple of patty melts using Truff sauce instead of butter to grill the bread. That cranked those sammies up a couple of notches. I liked that mayo so much I just went on Amazon and ordered a jar of Truff spicy pasta sauce. I can't wait to try it on Angel Hair pasta and Italian spicy sausage next weekend. Thanks for the recommendation.

First of all, salt and pepper enhances the flavor of food when used correctly. It doesn’t mask it. And secondly, truffle flavoring is too unique to simply describe to you what it tastes like if you’ve never had it. It’s a flavor you have to experience yourself. It’s earthy, but that doesn’t do it justice. Buy something truffle-flavored and give it a go.

The name alone is worth it to try. Guess you can say, I love some good PUNishment….
