4 slices of bread
a couple of favorite sausages
2 eggs

Лет 30 знаю этот способ тостов. Очень удобно брать на работу, как второй завтрак. Но не до конца правильно сделан тост. Сначала обжаривают хлебные крышки с одной стороны...Потом делают, как показано в видео. Можно вместо кетчупа положить меньше колбасы и кусочки помидора, лука, сладкого перца...Залить яйцом, сверху сыр, и поджаренную сторону крышечки положить на сыр, а потом перевернуть весь тост...Приятного аппетита...

В низ надо положить Болгарский перец, сосиски, гоголь моголь, посолить и поперчить, с верху тонко нарезанные помидорчики подсолить, сырок, а сырка побольше разного и мякушку и обжарить с двух сторон до хруста. Вот завтрак!!!

Или просто шакшуку сделать с тостами, а не хрень с подгоревшими сосисками)))) Ванную, сыр снизу пригорел и растекся, отсюда склейка перед подачей)))

I usually don't like leaving one side of the egg unfried but it actually looked OK. Maybe with layers it kinda acted like a oven for the other side of the egg but it's simple and looked like it would be tasty

На завтрак надо хорошую кашу с хорошим маслом.....а потом только воду. До обеда энергии непочатый край. И про овощи и фрукты не забывай. Стала так питаться и удивилась. И похудела заодно.

I don’t like it cuz I have an allergy for egg
Just made it for my family. It was really good with some syrup. Everyone liked it. I just have to mainstream the process to get more out faster.
If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!
Muy bueno y facil de hacer. El problema es que con el pan normal que tenia en la alacena, podia poner techo nuevo y solido. Y con el pan integral, podia crearme un buen lote de penicilina.

My mother used to makes these...called them 'Eggs in a basket"...she made hers with round sausage patties and real sharp cheddar mixed with the raw egg. So easy..my husband loves these as they 'eat well' on his ride to the job site.

Reminds me of a grade 7 home economics cooking class, "eggs in a frame" similar, but was just a circular hole in the middle of the bread and an egg cracked inside. Would make it for my parents on weekends, was so proud of myself as a 12yr old "master chef". 🤣 This is nice, simple upgrade, will definitely try it soon!👍🍞🥓🍳
