Another great video! I’m glad to see that you’ve discovered Bagley lures, as I can’t remember seeing them on your channel before. I’ve been using them since I started getting serious about fishing while in high school in the early 1980s and actually still use one or two that I bought way back then. I suppose I should retire them for new ones before I mess around and loose them.

You actually put me back onto bomber cranks. I used to have/use some when I was a kid because I didn’t know what else was out there. Started fishing a lot of plastics and jigs and quit throwing so many cranks growing up. About 10 years later, i got to a body of water back this spring where they were tearing up downsized square bills cranks and just happened to have some old model A’s so I used them thinking I could get a bit deeper while sticking to a smaller bait and had myself a day. Kind of a go-to now when I need that smaller profile and don’t want a big noisy crank. I’ve been wanting to get into the balsa game so I’ll trust you on these.

Really nice video! I have a couple Ragnars and 1 Patriot. Seeing your video really showcased the colors. They showed up much better in your video than on the Monsterbass website which is why I didn’t buy any more. I’ll be putting another order together for both baits in some new colors. Great job!

Bagley had a sale at Xmas and I picked up 35 baits only got 1 flatside crankbait but wish I would have got 5 or 6.like the wakebaits also.nice paint jobs. Like a lot of the colors you got.

Just need the right rod. Try the Dobyns 704cb glass crankbait rod. Throws them great.

You may be to young to remember the Orange Julius explosion at the Malls lol they were so popular in the early 80’s.

After the catfish destroyed the stock hooks, I believe I went to a size 5 because a size 4 tangled...I'll double check that next time out.

Boxes scare me, I guess i should say the last time I had one was the MTB and I was lucky enough to get a red and black Knuckle Bait. Yes the spinner bait with no blades just a ball… Sooooo ya

The B1 is 7/16oz on every other site. Wonder why your box says 5/16oz…. For the 2” B1 bagley no problems with the lips coming out ? Those Ragnar top waters are literally a direct mold/blank use of the Vixen/heckler I’d believe for sure- bet those will rock as the others do. Have to be the same. Just paint and hooks the red one is a good touch.

The 5/16oz is on the couple wake baits that I got. I beat the heck out of the one I had before I broke it off and didn't have any issues with it. I thought Ragnar looked familiar...I'm looking forward to slingin it around! 👊💪
