The editing on this video is astounding with only one flaw. I was really thrown off by the start of the ghost hunting segment. I thought right after comparing your town to “the biggest city” we would get footage on that topic right after. Moving to your B-plot of ghost hunting right at the key action of comparing to the big city was a bit of a flop here. In classic film I think it works, but as a KZread video I think it hurts your retention. Does your viewership graph drop right after that part of the video? Would love to know how it looks on the analytics (because I could certainly be wrong). Seriously though this is a channel to WATCH because I felt like I could watch that all day (after the confusion that nearly made me click away got resolved)

i appreciate this review so much!!! the retention mostly stays the same around that segment with the difference of about 1-2% growth, although i definitely agree with the points you made here. it could feel this way because the ghost hunting segment wasn't initially written into the script for this video, it was a spur of the moment decision to add some extra minutes and humor to the video. again, i really appreciate that you took the time to write this, constructive criticism always helps so much!! have a great day optimal!!!

Sometimes we’re wrong, sometimes we’re right, but we always learn. You definitely can benefit from finding a group of similar niche creators to do in depth reviews of each other, give building a group like that a go if you’re always looking for more feedback.
