I’ve done a similar thing. Coached my club Feyenoord. Started a unique scouting network on day 1. Started buying the cheap talente for between 2 - 5 million euro’s and developing them. At feyenoord you have a negative transfer budget every season. After about 7-8 seasons I was selling 300 million a season and have the next fully developed player ready. I am talking about Man city, real madrid level players. I had so many I had to loan 10 players to the worlds biggest clubs. After 15 seasons I have a bank account of 1.3 billion euro’s and sold more than 4 billion in players after spending 1.5 billion. I have won 3 Champions Leagues in a row. In my entire history of FM (started in 2020) i have only won the champions league 3 times. Througu youth to glory 3 times in a row. It is so fun. And so addicting

Nice to see you play with RCD Mallorca. Was there at almost every home game between 2016 and 2020 when I lived in Palma and because of that, I still follow their performances. Amazing memories back in that time: Back like a phoenix from the ashes of third division to La Liga in two years, two great derbies in third division against Atletico Baleares, and the emotional relegation games against Deportivo La Coruna to secure a spot in La Liga.

Just a hint, the training ratings in the Individual training menu are for the past week, not for the entire season. You can see exact development for each player if you go to their profile -> Development screen and set the drop-down to show changes for last 12 months. Would be interesting to see exactly how the players develop. Also, you should really set their position and role training, as well as the additional focus. Makes a world of difference.

Hi Luke love the content I’m thinking about doing a youth to gold with Girona I was wondering what your league set up was

How do you simulate through the entire season that quick? Going on vacation is the only way I know and it’s slow.

How do you set up so many nations in the save? I can usually only get 11 or 12 before I am running at 1 star game speed.

I’ve got 20 scouts now and use the same recruitment settings but not getting much through, any idea why?

how do you pick stars in recruitment? 5 grey stars in ability and 3 stars in potential or different?

If you send the same scout to Brazil, Argentina, Germany and Spain, doesn't that slow down the reports drastically? Or does it not matter that they are scouting countries that are over 7600 kilometers apart?

What sort of database/detail level are you rolling with on this type of save?

I love these long videos but I hate how the picture quality is soooo low....

Do you have attribute masking turned on or off?

How do you make a good tactic/keep consistent when simulating? I tried to start a Youth to Gold with Valencia and was getting some good results, beating Atletic Bilbao and drawing to Atletico Madrid, drawing to Barcelona and narrowly losing to real madrid but the form just dropped and after 4/5 losses mixed with some draws I got sacked. I feel when I watch games, it goes better and then when I simulate it all goes wrong, even when I ask the assistant manager to keep the starting lineup and tactics when applicable

Isnt this the only way to play fm successfully? How else do you play fm successfully?

I'm tryna do this challenge but it's on fm22 since I don't wanna spend the money. Mainly cause I got GCSE in a couple months but anyway the challenge is so much more difficult on fm22 cause the scouting system is terrible

not a problem, when signing youngsters, since they usually demand lower wages. especially when signed from lower leagues

It makes me laugh every time you call a player insane or awesome and their highest stat is 15. I get why because below the level of top 9 European club that is amazing but then you compare to like peak endrick who's 17-20 for about 15 different stats 😂😂😂
