That is not a script goal, actually it's an interesting feature. In real life goalkeepers try to predict where the st gonna shoot depending on their defender's position and how much space the shooter has. And if the striker goes the other way the GK can't save even simple shots because they already transferred their weight in the other leg. That's the same thing happened there and it's actually a game feature. The defender was blocking lukaku's left angle so he can't shoot in the left side and Lukaku only had the space to shoot right. So the GK moved his weight to the right(gk's left our right side) if you see carefully in the video and when lukaku shoots in the opposite direction the GK couldn't save it.
