Lemme give you some tips. YOU HAVE TO not only aim train, but also play the game you train aim for, because in aim trainer you train your brain for one scenario, but it can be dissimilar in game. YOU HAVE TO take a break sometimes, so your brain can recharge. YOU HAVE TO be healthy, because it gives you better genuinely EVERYTHING. YOU HAVE TO sleep enough, so that your long-term memory, reaction, cognitive functions and, in general, all the work and efficiency of your brain remains at its best.
