If it can interface better with existing shitty foreign contractor front-end code than I can, very soon. This kind of stuff is great if you're starting from scratch.

No time soon. Not because it won't be able to write the code, but because the hardest part about developing an app is discovering (and articulating) the requirements, especially as you start to deal with all the many little edge cases.
