For alligators, there’s a quarter sized spot on the back of the skull center on the top of the head. You can only brain shot them from behind in this spot.

Congrats on 100k! Im new to the game after taking interest in it passingly a few years ago, and after picking it up and messing around, then finding your videos, been very nice to help get through a rather rough spot in my life. Been really fun to get immersed in this game

@@Rooster_Gaming bit the gun should automatically be zeroed in for a certain distance... i think it's 150 yards, hence why from a few yards away it's gonna shoot above it

It's funny that the .22 took so many shots on the gator. An average gator hunter 1 shots them with a .22, it's typically point blank but still.

@@nuip7936 Perhaps, but it feels a bit weird and immersion-breaking when there are no considerations taken between the differences in taking an American black bear and a grizzly. Likewise, the lion is somehow in the same weight class as the largest and heaviest animals featured in the game, which is wild unless they're trying to simulate some of the laws of certain African nations (which they don't really do elsewhere).

Dunno if it translates exactly from RL to the game, but on crocs, if you look at their mouth from the side- it turns up slightly at the very back; it looks rather like a smile. If you aim just-behind the point of the 'smile', you'll get the brain.

The irl equivalent would be.. Shooting a .22 at an alligator because their skin is tough enough to stop some smaller rounds

yeah the crocs and alligators make sense why it's hard, but the kangaroos should be easy to kill with a .22 brain shot

I used the pellet gun to brainshot moose, grizzly, bison, elk, alligator

yeserday I was on playing with the 454 and I guess there was a glitch because I got on one and shot it point blank

Get the Zeroing perk( or skill idk) and you want have to worry about compensating for drop( or shoot under if too close)

I should never do this challenge

Most (don't know if all) of weapons are zeroed (their aiming range) to mid range if you have perk zeroing. Which means zarza is 150m and if I remember correctly 22 should be zeroed to 100m? Correct me if I'm wrong. This is why you "aimed" so high at red fox

Crocodiles are so easy to get gold and so are banteng, banteng never run fast and you can get mad close crocodiles are also easy if you hit lower and lung it’s dead also I got like 4-5 mythical crocodiles 4:24 don’t think it’s gonna take him also him shooting it like 20 shots and hitting them

It is great that this game exists and people can make such experiments there and don't inflict senseless suffering on game in real life.
