Anna Sapieh , Actually since it’s natural, there is no reason you cannot use it daily. I have used it daily but slacked off, and start using it at least 2 to 3 times a week. She said, we need to be consistent and use it at the very minimum 3x a week. Thank You for asking, I got to get back on my regiment routine. Yup, it’s so much fun to apply; really the results speak for itself. You are going to want to do it as much as you can just because the benefits are worth it.

Advice: Consistency is key. When you don't apply regularly. Do not expect Dark spots to be gone ; they are not easy to remove. Also avoid sunlight on specific area's with dark spots. Don't apply lighting creams with lots of chemicals. Which worsen dark spots. Drink ginger, lemon tea they clear skin complexion makes skin appear brighter.

I find this recipie mask really practical, no need of boiling the potato or using a blender, and the ingredients, I have them all. I have dark spots due to sun and due to melasma that I developed during pregnancies long long looooong ago. then came menopause and hormones did this to me.
