If You are Openly telling everyone these Things then won't it make the Big Players know that common people who were their food now know what they are doing and they will change their Mindset. Then You will figure out something else and make a Video but those Common People who are learning here will be trapped.

This is why I build positions to swing trade or “position trade” because I can get familiar with a specific stock and how it moves, and get a better perspective.

Thanks man for another great video. My question might sound naive as I have started learning about markets recently. I am just wondering if this applies to any instrument including indexes as well or does it vary as per the market that you are trading. I see most of your videos around forex so please can you shed some light on my question. Thanks.

but looking at that range , i see a wyckoff schematic instead, the 1st trap being a show of strength, the 2nd being an accumulation schematic ... am i wrong ?

That's typical for GBP instruments or indices. Just after the breakout wait for a pullback retest and a signal in direction of the break out and then enter, otherwise stay on the side and watch. Patience is key in trading

using open interest with volume analysis on this strategie can give you an other edge . a spike of volume and the open interest decresing violently would mean the retail sold their position to smart money the retesting the vwap would be a good confirmation

Bottom line is that breakout trades are junk most of the time mainly because you’re to late and most of the most has already happened. . Best thing is to buy at discount for an uptrend or sell at premium for down trend. I will look at pattern on 15 min up to H4 max. Then drill down to m1-m5 for structure break for trend continuation which will help filter out the false break and manipulation . I also like to use a William Percent Range set to 50 on the m15 for trend continuation. Works really well as a second confirmation

Trading in the direction of trend on a bos. But you can trade the retest of the bos of a reversal too. That would have worked here.

Price crossing the VWAP is ok, but I think HOLDING the VWAP after the cross provides better conviction. I also believe its beneficial to WAIT for a pullback and confirmation after the initial range break.

I don’t understand why retail traders fall for these obvious stop hunts. There is so much information out there, like this excellent video, to explain how to minimize risk to institutional traders. A fool and his money are soon parted!

Retail traders need to learn how to numb themselves for 2 hours a day and just watch price action and not get emotional over the moving colors. Institutions move price in a way that draws traders in, inducing them... and then ripping their face off. When you realize this, you might start expecting it and then doing the opposite of what they want you to do. Think about it.

Better strategy is putting limit orders where people are putting there stop losses then only lose when it's an actual breakout which most of the time isn't and have a much better risk to reward

Pretty sure these traps is the product of the same big entity wanting a specific level. And thus pushing price past key levels in both directions to throw other players off. But loses nothing doing this maneuver, and possibly even getting more at better price. After shake out, we go to the level the entity had in mind before shake…

@@KV-kx1vv Sure I know. I didn't read it properly. It's an interesting idea but over a long enough time frame the result is the same. Sooner or later you have to let go of a position. Hedging risks leaving you in a worse position than a stop and sooner or later that would happen. Unless there's an aspect I haven't thought of. Happy to learn of it if so.
