Rico caused a caution so he should go to the rear. Kyle, regardless of his position as series sponsor/administrator, becomes a competitor when he gets behind the wheel and should be treated as any other. He stopped on the track, restarted and should go to the rear. 39 won that heat.

That's one of the stupidest thing I've ever seen in racing! Who cares if he is part owner of the series! When you are a driver he shouldn't be making officials calls from the driver seat , especially when in a good one for your best friend! Lots alot of respect!

  • @Duane-O-Matic

KL has got to know, when he is in the seat, he doesnt make rulings...dont care what he saw or thinks...The series will collapse if competitors think he is going to put his finger on the scale every time he wants to. He needs car counts, and before you make that long tow, you have to know you are going to get a fair shake. Nice job 39 team!

At the very least it really took a lot for both Brad and Kyle to come talk to you about it, I've been around a lot of tracks and sanctioning bodies that will blow a call or fluff it for the favorite and then act like nothing happened, or even kick people out for questioning calls. Still a bad fucking call, but at least they owned it.

I always loved it as a half mile Kevin your dad won alot of races there, I remember when Buckwheat went outta turn 1 and literally destroyed that car. We ran sprints and late models on the half. The shorter track isn't as hard on motors but you can still destroy a car. You guys always look fast bud I wish I was 40 again to keep turning wrenches and doing setups. I love seeing the winged sprints at tri city along with the modified mania they have. 🇺🇸🏁🤙

This is as basic as sprint car racing. You caused the yellow; you go to rear: there is not a blending rule. When Larson stopped under yellow, he would restart at the rear. The rule about yellow flag would not have to be ‘thought out’. Both 24 and 57 would be sent to the rear! Larson did not stop because of Safety reason such as seat belts unlatched!

Great show as always.Lot of talent out there. Now Kyle knows better than to stop on the racetrack, you keep rolling ,hold your position, and wait for the Green Flag.Kyle wouldn't do something like that on purpose, but he did it and the official should have taken a moment, thought it over, discussed it with the person in charge and then make a decision, but he didn't.

If Kyle Larson is going to race a sprint car in the series, he needs to shut his yap. He’s a driver he’s not an official that was absolutely wrong for him to say anything especially to come to us to a stop and talk to an official is absolutely wrong. They better get this shit straightened out really quick if they want a successful series.

  • @ezduzit4009

Thats why you run till the yellow light comes on. Kyle and Justin never lifted. And Rico about collected both, therefore a caution was thrown and Rico was the cause. Mistake or not he was the cause. Also I seen Ricos Trailer kinda calling out the "fans". Everyones ire was directed at the call not directly Rico. Was gonna get all 3 kids diecast cars and Rico was gonna be 1. Not now after the "fans" thing.

If they do this out in the open for everyone to see what are they doing behind the scenes with tire doping, traction control or other car rules? I DO NOT trust that the High Limit series rules are they same for everyone now. To be honest, I didn't before either but we all the saw the proof.
