You can see at 25:55 that the basement exit is highlighted by exterior alarms even though grandpa is incapacitated. So I guess that answers the question about grandpa perks!

I enjoyed the one video where you played Hitchy and put the traps directly under the well, however, AROUND the area is even more chaotic and I love it! Yeah, you focus on one well instead of three, but damn, this shows how damaging it can be to victims! I know what I am gonna try out now, lol. Also, you said Ana can use her ability on Hitchy’s traps, in the beginning of the video, is this true? Cause I never knew this! To think all those times I play as Ana and getting trapped, while saving my ability…

Yeah it’s insanity aha. Literally leaves the victim helpless! And yeah Ana’s ability is applicable to all damage types, windows, wells, melee attacks, traps etc

As I'm seeing this build Unfortunately they have gotten rid of random perks so I can't do this build but I'm sure it was fun to use while it lasted

There's a Connie build I like. Could you try it? I don't quite remember the route. But anyways: 28 points into strength, Been workin' out, Slippery, Jump Start, and last 3 points into Endurance. Side note: If I remember correctly, I think both Slippery and Jump Start are random perks on Connie.

A while ago i found out what causes the double hits nnd it has to do with timing. Stand still swing once and right in the middle of the animation sprint and it should double hit. Im surprised nobody i played with know about it. Only person i know is you.

Thats a pretty nasty and fun build. If you watch Middis video about this build form a whole back. You can actually use this build but use one trap per well right in the middle of the well and have the trap go off as soon as they stand up from falling down the well. And that way you can trap 2-3 wells.

3:58 yeeee hate that bug I was running down the road at gas station with 1 no sell charge at 3/4 hp as Leland and just b4 I escaped leatherface hit me twice with a overhead with only 1 overhead .I bleed out b/c toughness slays and he overheated so I got up and barley escaped

watching your video gave me a killer idea, having a survivor killer, someone that can well and vault but cant actually kill someone they use bone scraps, health pots and resources from the victims and maybe starts in basement as well as say a mimic of another survivor or as someone like ana's sister that maybe fell for johnny and helps the family now? idk but thats a start to the idea, they could slam doors and make noise or be detected by grandpa while chasing a survivor for other family to see and go over if a survivor is playing sneaky kinda thing they could take a lock pick and sit on a high traffic door in basement to slow progress of others leaving basement, maybe they can reset valve and fuse by taking the items and putting them away so survivors need to go and collect them again? maybe if its a mimic survivor it could still be last 3/5 survivors remaining cause one is a family so there is 5 instead of 4 now the family could kill the mimic if no one knows who it is yet and then the last 2 victims wouldnt know whether or not to trust each other kinda thing. seems interesting on paper but doubtful it would happen, as i said this was just an idea that came to mind watching your video :)

You can actually do this with a singular trap at each well if you place them right, other content creators have done it.

The point wasn’t to place one singular trap for it to activate, I’ve also done that. It was to allow them to recover from the drop and trap them completely in the well area, leaving them literally helpless 😂

I dare say I am the first one to do this trick,but I didn't think it as practical at the first time when I tried it out in Nancy's House.Within only a few time I required to go to the spot and set trap,the survivors had already opened the 2nd floor of Nancy's house and cause a complete mess.So I don't recommend this.

The only victims that can escape this trap is Leland, Ana & Julie since they all can have Bomb Squad and Choose fight at the same time.

Could you try the "All seing" Leland build? There is a route where you get the perks which allow you to see the Family members whenever Grandpa screams, whenever a Victim leaves and increases the time you see the Family when you are the last person alive. And all of the perks are not random and you get 32 attribute points to spend.

The grampa perks already work like that, for example if the family has nobody escapes hell at lvl 1, with lvl 3 gramps losing 1 lvl the entire time he is incapacitated the perks are not active. So someone on a door can get off then back on and the lock would be easier

Because you don’t get to watch them squirm and remain trapped inside the well area. Plus there’s a chance they live if you do that. They will escape before you reach the well exit if you’re not quick enough. But with this, there’s no way they live. I’m yet to encounter someone take this death trap and win

@@Spiritz_ae Regardless of intentions, the build ruins the game for the opposite side. What’s the difference between a cheat code that stops the enemy player vs an unbalanced game design that stops the enemy player? A very obvious example of what I’m getting at is in Dead by Daylight. There are cheaters who literally can stop you from moving and hold you hostage. You can always disconnect but you’ll face a leavers penalty. Now to the same effect as the kiler you can box a survivor into a room or just a tight space. Since the survivor can’t go through the kilers collision, the survivor is held hostage. Same idea, but one is a cheat and the other is poor game design. So the lesson is just because you can do something, doesn’t mean you should.
